Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Located on Lake Champlain, this cottage has spectacular lake and sunset views. Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

Beautiful, newly renovated home on lake Champlain. There are hardwood floors throughout the living area as well as natural stone tile in the kitchen and bathroom. At the front of the house, there is a large four season enclosed porch. The access to the lake is via a steep gravel ramp. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Come enjoy stunning views of Isle Lamotte and Lake Champlain sunsets from your private enclosed porch!

A wonderful cozy cottage in the heart of the Lake Champlain Islands. The cottage is in the heart of the beautiful Champlain Islands. Read a book, swing on the hammock, or dip in the lake. Hiking trails, live music, and yummy places to eat are all nearby. All bathing amenities are rustic and outside, including a flushing camp toilet and outdoor shower. This is the place to be if you are looking for really comfortable camping.

Vermont’s Secluded Island Getaway

Our Meadowhouse apartment sits peacefully on 20 secluded acres overlooking Vermont wetlands and wildlife habitat. It is a second story apartment with lovely pastoral views of the neighboring farm and sunsets. Guests have access to the lake, restaurant and outdoor facilities at the nearby Ruthcliffe Lodge & Restaurant (a five minute walk away). The apartment is accessed by a 10+step, staircase and is not handicapped accessible.
