Words cannot describe this amazing experience!!! Eduardo is hands down the best host EVER. He went above and beyond in every way. Everything was perfect. It surpassed our expectations. The archeological site behind the Airbnb is PHENOMENAL!!! We just kept saying we couldn’t believe how amazing this place was. We loved the hike and exploring. We saw more monkeys there than we did in Tikal! We had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and even when we opted to go see the ruins at 4 am he was there in the common space preparing coffee and breakfast with us and took us across the lake to our pickup spot. Thank you for everything Eduardo! You made us feel like family and we can’t wait to come back!

Good value for money. Free drinking water and washing machine were particularly appreciated. If you are heading onto Belize or beyond, you might want to investigate their offer of tickets on FDN buses. The FDN bus that passed us today on our 11 hour trip to Chetumal was much faster, bigger and more luxurious than our MayanWorld minibuses (though they were quite adequate).

El lugar practicamente es a la par del lago, puedes apreciar el amanecer o bien atardecer dependiendo la epoca del año. La llegada hasta San Miguel puede parecer larga, sin embargo es por el camino de terraceria que hay para llegar, sin embargo es bastante transitable, yo llegue en un carro pequeño y con un poco de paciencia y baja velocidad sin problemas. Lugar amplio para 4 personas, buenas recomendaciones de Lesbia para visitar lugares locales. Gracias por el apoyo, nos trataron como en casa. Definitivamente la proxima vez llegare al mismo lugar.
