Beach house vacation rentals in Isla Verde

This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

The best part about the place was def the host amazing communication. Very responsive, friendly, kind offered recs. The place inside was beautifully decorated, very very comfy bed, great shower and linens. Nice touches with the sound machine and earplugs and overall cozy vibes. It’s a neighborhood and not immediately close to the San Juan action for the good or the bad of that, and like the ad mentions there’s rebuilding happening around due to hurricane damage so some of the surrounding houses are more visually pleasing than others. Strong WiFi and hot water and great AC. I enjoyed my stay!

Great location. Spacious living areas. Comfortable beds. Perfect for our family of four. Walkable to beach and delicious restaurants. Kathleen & Hector were extremely responsive to our questions and provided excellent local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We received clear, detailed, and accurate instructions for entering the property. We love the setup, with the upstairs and downstairs each having their own kitchen, bathroom, tv/sitting areas. The pool and outdoor area are very nice also. When we had questions, the host was very responsive and friendly. If we have the opportunity, we’d definitely want to stay here again. There was nothing negative to note about this stay, the property, or the host.

Great little spot with a wonderful courtyard to sit in and visit! We found a wonderful place to eat down the road and a few little bars to grab some drinks! Would definitely recommend stay at!

Beautiful home, right on the water. Beach is steps away. House was clean, comfortable, and authentic. Neighborhood is gated, safe, and plenty of excellent restaurants and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Would happily stay again!

Great location, you are in the heart of Old San Juan with everything being in walking distance. The parking was a huge bonus. Definitely check out the recommendations in the red book. We went to a lot of them during our time here and there and every one of them was great. Very cool house and perfect for what we needed.

From the moment I arrived, María was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, which made check-in a breeze. The property itself was immaculate – beautifully decorated, super cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtfully curated amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom was pristine with luxurious towels and toiletries. The location was also perfect – peaceful yet close to everything I wanted to explore. Whether I was relaxing on the patio or venturing to local attractions, I felt right at home. I can honestly say this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. The host went above and beyond, and the place was fantastic.

Wonderful place to relax and explore San Juan. The house is very modern and comfortable, and we loved the pool and outdoor area. The house is inside of a gated community, so once you learn where the entrance points are it makes it really easy to get around. Great location: the ocean is a short walk away and there are so many places to explore in Old San Juan and in the city that are a short drive / uber away. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this place. Nice and clean

Great place and location. It is right next to a market and we were able to purchase everything we needed. The beach is close by and walking distance. There are beach umbrellas, chairs as well as a cooler available to use at the house. We ran out of propane for the grill and Francheska replaced it very quickly. I brought my one year-old with me and a pack and play and high chair were provided. No issues walking around the area and it felt safe.

Honestly one of the best host I ever had . She was super fast on responding . Very friendly . The house was such a beautiful home . My family and I went when there was a power outage and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Very understanding . Definitely a 10 out of 10 . Will definitely book again . Thank you 😊

Great place to stay and our host was available anytime we needed anything or had questions about what to do in Puerto Rico. The home was very very spacious and our group of 13 had more than enough space! Great trip in Puerto Rico!!

Michelle was the most amazing host. Incredibly communicative and helped us have the most wonderful stay. The place is walking distance to a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants around. The back patio was perfect in the evenings to relax and unwind.

Juan and Jerymar were excellent and responsive hosts during our stay in Puerto Rico. Many of the amenities they had came handy on our trip especially for the beach (beach towels, chairs, tent, cooler). The rooms (3) and bathrooms (2.5) were more than enough space to accommodate the five of us. The pool in the back was a nice touch to cool off at the end of a day of festivities. It was also nice having a dedicated parking space for peace of mind. One issue was the sound of roosters next door (which may just be an Island norm tbh but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earbuds). Also, the linens (shower curtains/sheets) could use some upgrading. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I think this is a great location if you want to be away from busier areas and would like privacy. Not a lot to do in the area. For reference it’s 7 min to casa Bacardi, 25 min to the airport SJU and about 27 min from Old San Juan. I highly recommend a rental car for convenience.

Absolutely beautiful house with everything a group would need to enjoy their stay. Easy walk to many great restaurants and the beach. Can’t beat the pool area with the expandable canopy!

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

Great location within a short walk of the beach and lots of dining options. The place was great - perfect for our family - everyone had their own space but we were all together. Javi was a great host and responded to our needs.
