Beach house vacation rentals in Isla Verde

This home was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect for every event we had planned.

This was a beautiful home in a walkable location with good parking. Be prepared for the busy streets, but there is little traffic. Also, this location is in the middle of everything; it’s not far from the beach, club, or restaurant.

We booked this Airbnb for 3 nights for a bachelor party and it was perfect. Great size for four people and close to lots of shops and great restaurants! Check in was a breeze and we loved that we were less than a 5 minute walk away from the beach. Can’t recommend it enough!

The house is closed to everything. Literally in the middle of old San Juan. Allison and Steven were very attentive. The AC, hot water, the smell of the house and all was 10/10.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

We had a great stay. This is a very happening place with tons of local bars and restaurants, so as the listing said, expect some night noise (we brought ear plugs, and slept like babies). We had a lot of good food in the area. The house itself is spacious and clean, the sweet cat who visits the yard is a very friendly girl who won't say no to some meat if you have leftovers!

This Airbnb was everything we needed for our vacation! The location is conveniently placed near anything you need, we walked to most places with no problems. Close to the beach but their pool is also warm! Bigger than I thought it would be. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious. As a bonus Sara was friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back!

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 and just steps away from the beach. The pool was exactly what we needed! Kristina made sure our stay was special and coordinated, decorations, drinks, and even a birthday cake for our birthday celebration. There are lots of board games… bop it 100 record over here! 😆 the house has everything you need. Ramon and Kristina were responsive and were always available when we had any questions. We will definitely be back, next time we are in San Juan!

Nataly was very flexible with our situation. The home itself was clean and private. Pool was clean and the outdoor bathroom came in handy. Highly recommend when wanting a place close to airport, beach and San Juan.

Our stay was amazing! Melanie was so kind and welcoming, and her fast communication made everything smooth from start to finish. There were 8 of us, and the space hosted us all comfortably—it was spacious, clean, and just as pictured. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. House was beautiful, the pool was amazing and the setting was immaculate. So close and convenient to get around. Very quiet house and we had a wonderful girls trip. Felt very safe the whole time. Definitely worth the price! Would absolutely visit again. Neriann was so kind, had welcome snacks for us which was so sweet.

We loved staying at Jenny's apartment! Upon arrival the air conditioning was on to have a pleasant temperature, the location is ideal if you want to go to Old San Juan and the San Juan metropolitan area, the apartment has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home, it has a place to park if you rent a car. We'll definitely be back!

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

This apartment was beautiful! Jennifer and her team were very accommodating and responsive. We also booked a couple’s massage on the terrace of the apartment which was so relaxing. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again if I return to Puerto Rico (which I would love to do). It is in a residential neighborhood that is within 5 minutes of the airport, and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. The photos are very accurate, and the hosts are ready to answer any questions you have. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies. Comfortable living and dining room. A great place to stay for families!!
