Beach house vacation rentals in Isla Verde

This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

We were a group of 10, and finding a space that comfortably fit us all was a challenge. It came down to Francheska’s place and one other, but we chose this one for the pool and easy beach access. The host was incredibly accommodating from the start, even helping us find a private chef and recommending local spots. Check-in instructions were detailed, and the rooms looked exactly as pictured—beautifully renovated with great attention to guest comfort. The spacious rooms and bathrooms made our stay even better. The common area was perfect for gathering, and the stocked bar and fridge were a great touch at no extra cost. Security was excellent, with cameras at every entrance and safe access mechanisms. Ubers had no trouble picking us up. Being in a residential area, we tried to keep noise down, but some sound carries. The beach is much closer than expected—just a minute away! Restaurants, bakeries, Walgreens, and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We received clear, detailed, and accurate instructions for entering the property. We love the setup, with the upstairs and downstairs each having their own kitchen, bathroom, tv/sitting areas. The pool and outdoor area are very nice also. When we had questions, the host was very responsive and friendly. If we have the opportunity, we’d definitely want to stay here again. There was nothing negative to note about this stay, the property, or the host.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Celebrated our friends bachelor party and it provided plenty of space as well as plenty of areas to hang out. The pool is also a really great addition. She was an absolutely wonderful host and extremely attentive 10 out of 10. What a great time!

Great little spot with a wonderful courtyard to sit in and visit! We found a wonderful place to eat down the road and a few little bars to grab some drinks! Would definitely recommend stay at!

Beautiful home, right on the water. Beach is steps away. House was clean, comfortable, and authentic. Neighborhood is gated, safe, and plenty of excellent restaurants and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Would happily stay again!

Wonderful place to relax and explore San Juan. The house is very modern and comfortable, and we loved the pool and outdoor area. The house is inside of a gated community, so once you learn where the entrance points are it makes it really easy to get around. Great location: the ocean is a short walk away and there are so many places to explore in Old San Juan and in the city that are a short drive / uber away. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! Felt very safe in the gated community and had an easy time getting around. We were walking distance from the beach, which made it super convenient. Also walking distance from shops and restaurants, great recommendations! My friends and I lived in their outdoor space. Spent slow mornings reading, enjoying meals and relaxing by the pool. Great hosts, would recommend them.

This house was very close from san juan airport which was a plus, the house was very nice the backyard was amazing with the nice pool, host was very clear with all instructions which made everything very easy and definitely recomend staying here! I myself would book again sometime in the future

Honestly one of the best host I ever had . She was super fast on responding . Very friendly . The house was such a beautiful home . My family and I went when there was a power outage and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Very understanding . Definitely a 10 out of 10 . Will definitely book again . Thank you 😊

Michelle was the most amazing host. Incredibly communicative and helped us have the most wonderful stay. The place is walking distance to a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants around. The back patio was perfect in the evenings to relax and unwind.

Great location, everything is literally 7 minutes from the air bnb . Hosts are responsive! Ac unit works wonders! Pool is an added bonus! Everything was great!

Juan and Jerymar were excellent and responsive hosts during our stay in Puerto Rico. Many of the amenities they had came handy on our trip especially for the beach (beach towels, chairs, tent, cooler). The rooms (3) and bathrooms (2.5) were more than enough space to accommodate the five of us. The pool in the back was a nice touch to cool off at the end of a day of festivities. It was also nice having a dedicated parking space for peace of mind. One issue was the sound of roosters next door (which may just be an Island norm tbh but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earbuds). Also, the linens (shower curtains/sheets) could use some upgrading. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I think this is a great location if you want to be away from busier areas and would like privacy. Not a lot to do in the area. For reference it’s 7 min to casa Bacardi, 25 min to the airport SJU and about 27 min from Old San Juan. I highly recommend a rental car for convenience.

Absolutely beautiful house with everything a group would need to enjoy their stay. Easy walk to many great restaurants and the beach. Can’t beat the pool area with the expandable canopy!
