It looks beautiful in the photos, but in person it's A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER! The spotless energy of the place, combined with Mary's, made my first time on the Island a wonderful and expansive experience. I felt cared for by Mary even before my arrival and throughout my entire stay, of course. The place is Divine, very clean, the rooms much bigger than they seem and the beds and pillows very comfortable, when cooking we had everything we needed. The internet was very stable. Every detail is chosen with warmth and every gift from Mary made me feel very special. I will never forget that even a Yoga Mat was waiting for me when I said to Mary that mine would stay home. I enjoyed the balcony daily, seeing sunrises, listening to the lulling sea and contemplating its infinity every day. The delicious pool and the unit itself spectacular. The beach in front of the building is beautiful, the best part to enjoy the water is to the left. I'm leaving Dichosa!❤️?

Very happy with my stay at Martha's apartment. It's the second time and I'll definitely be back soon. The apartment is in a building in very good condition and in an area close to shopping malls and the best gastronomic areas of Porlamar. I never ran out of water and electricity. It also offered cleaning service to the apartment whenever you want. I left very happy

The place is beautiful, cozy, the view is exceptional. The building is in a good location and is super safe. Although there is no air conditioning, the space is very cool, it's really not needed. If I go back to the island, I'll stay there.

An expansive outdoor pool is surrounded by lounge chairs, with palm trees dotting the landscape. The ocean is visible in the background, with a clear blue sky above. The area invites relaxation and enjoyment of the tropical setting.

This place has a beautiful view. Very nice apartment tidy and clean. It has everything you need. It has its own underground garage which comes in very handy. The location is also perfect as you not only have access to a Beach right In front… but also nearby restaurants. The best ones in Margarita. Access to the Building is super convenient from main avenues in the area. It’s the perfect spot to Stay in Margarita for social nights like dining. And then central to all the best Beaches on the island. The pool is also very nice, only used it once as I only wanted to spend time in the Beaches. Definitely worth your visit

Excellent apartment with a wonderful view. A strategic location, close to beaches, a pharmacy and food spots. Good communication with Mrs. Nena and Mrs. Elicneth. We really enjoyed our stay, I would definitely stay at this place again.

I really enjoyed this cozy and clean apartment, the internet 10/10 worked 100% for me, as I telework, the apartment is super close to important and attractive places such as the La Vela shopping center and you can walk to the beach. The photos and description are consistent with what we actually found at the property. Hosts are always in communication with guests! I'll be sure to come back for another stay on Margarita Island I recommend it 🌸

The house was great, we had such a lovely time. The neighbourhood is great it has everything that you need for a family vacation. We loved it and we will love to come back soon.

Very nice and tastefully decorated house, with everything you could need, impeccable communication with the Host, always paying attention to the guest's satisfaction! It has a patio that you can access the house apart from the main access with a perfect shower to get from the beach and shower before entering the house. We were left welcome fruits and drinks, toiletries and hygiene were available... Again, everything was very well thought out so that nothing was needed. Highly recommended, we'll be back!!

I enjoyed Holy Week with a group of friends in this apartment and the truth is that we had no complaints. The apartment has everything you could need in your day-to-day life. It is a cozy and very comfortable space, we slept comfortably, everyone could have their own space. The facilities of the complex are in very good condition, it has very attentive security personnel and a swimming pool that we wish we could have taken more advantage of. Francesca was veryyy helpful to us at all times, very punctual and always kind when communicating with us. Finally, the location is a great plus of the apartment, you have at your disposal a multitude of places just a couple of minutes away

A very beautiful apartment! Amazing view and its location is very close to the beach, everything is very comfortable and cozy, Mr. Emir and Mrs. Ceila are very attentive, they responded to any of our concerns at any time and even left us a list with the most iconic places in Margarita! Very good internet, there was water at all times and they have a very good tank so we never ran out of water. Excellent Airbnb!

Great location. The apartment felt comfortable for a family of 4. Two adults and two little girls The only thing I would add is something to place the wet clothes as it is a beach apartment. The pool is excellent and the beach right in front of the building is also a good option if you decide not to move to the rest of the beaches on the island someday. We would definitely repeat the stay.
