Lugar lindo, cómodo, limpio. Tal como se lo ve en las fotos. Nos acondicionaron la habitación con dos camas chicas ya que viajaba con mi hermana. Con todo lo necesario para la estadía. La ubicación es muy buena, a 4 cuadras de la calle del centro. Juan Ignacio es un gran anfitrión, nos dio información sobre los servicios de la ciudad que pudimos aprovechar muy bien. Seguro volveremos y lo recomendaremos

Desde antes de la llegada Nicolas fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, el departamento fue perfecto para nuestra estancia en Ushuaia y poder descansar de largar caminatas en las montañas, muy confortable con todos los utensilios necesarios y en excelente estado. Muy linda la decoración del departamento. La vista del canal desde los ventanales con los que cuenta el departamento es un espectáculo, sobre todo los colores del amanecer. Muchas gracias Nico por permitir que nuestro tiempo en Ushuaia sea inolvidable y estar siempre atento de que todo vaya bien.

El departamento estaba impecable es exactamente igual a las fotos, el anfitrion siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda, el edificio estaba en un lugar muy centrico por lo que casi no usamos el auto para desplazarnos. El departamento está equipado para todas las cosas basicas como un cafe o calentar alimentos. La vista que tiene es preciosa y encontramos que el barrio es muy seguro. De verdad quedamos muy agradecidos cok este hospedaje que nos entrego mucho confort y buenos momentos. Lo remomiendo un monton.

We loved our time at Natalia's place! It was very comfortable well appointed, and had a good stock of kitchen things if any light cooking is needed. The parking garage under the building was absolutely wonderful as we had a rental car, and did not want to street park it during our stay. We loved that the unit was so closed to the main strip of Ushuaia. Everything you need is a very short walking distance from each other! We dealt with Natalia's unit handler, Guido. He was an absolute gem of a human! He took the time to meet us for check in, walked us through the unit (via translated text as he does not speak any English), answered any questions we had during our stay via texting, and even took the time to come fix our water heater in the late evening! Do note that the unit is neighbor to a business that operates starting early in the day, and well into the evening so you will hear constant conversation and sometimes music being played. Everything quiets up after 10pm.

El departamento es muy acogedor, es muy lindo y te sientes como en casa. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama está genial! Los host y cohost han sido muy atentos y amables, el personal del edificio también, estamos muy agradecidos con sus atenciones. Respuestas muy rápidas desde que reservamos y hasta el check out, definitivamente lo recomiendo. Todo ha estado increíble. Además hay autoservicios cerca, se llega caminando al centro, el barrio es tranquilo y me sentí seguro todo tiempo. El condominio está muy bien cuidado también y la alberca está riquísima y con buena entrada de sol y una vista muy linda. Si vuelvo a Natales volveré a quedarme con ellos. Muchas gracias chicos!

Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars but Maria and her location deserve at least double! What can I say? Everything was perfect! From the check-in that went really well to the communication with Maria that was always fluid, immediate and effective! Then she is always super helpful! The apartment is in a very central location. It is very clean and tidy and… beautiful!!! It has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Ushuaia! Thank you Maria for the wonderful experience I had staying by you! 200% recommended!

This place is truly something spectacular. The views from every single room, including the bedrooms, are jaw-dropping, while the residence itself was brilliant - comfortable, well laid out with no one feeling cramped, private and a great outdoor space. Although we did not cook while there, we did not want for anything in the kitchen and the bathrooms/bedrooms came stocked with more than enough towels, linens and other necessities. As two friends traveling together, it was the perfect place to relax and chill between the day's activities and dinner, giving us a perfect refuel. The lovely bottle of wine and chocolate gifted to us were icing on the cake. The staff in the building is also super helpful, responds immediately, and went out of their way to support us with any needs and questions. For those traveling from outside the country, the water from the tap was also potable.
