What a wonderful host! Mauricio was helpful from the very start. The location is perfect and we were amazed by how big it is! The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very helpful for us. The upstairs fireplace was the real star of the show for us. We cozied up and watched movies for the holiday. I don’t have a single complaint and we’re very grateful for Mauricio and his welcoming presence.

We had a lovely stay at the place. The view is fantastic and the bed super comfortable. It's a really very nice place to stay. Although there were initial difficulties with the heating, the hosts took care of it immediately and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. It's a new place where maybe not everything is going perfectly yet, so you have to be a little forgiving, but the hosts are immediately available and take care of any problems. The place is right next to the restaurant, we were misled by the navigation and had some difficulty finding it in the dark, as the building next door is displayed as a destination on GoogleMaps. So the coordinates are wrong

Everything a stay could be and more if it’s available book it more than worth the money. Easy to access able to go to and from the city center with the best view in Ushuaia. Do not miss out on this.

Super nice apartment with priceless views of the Beagle Canal and Ushuaia. Free use of the spa and washer/dryer was an added bonus for us. Small shops and bakery within walking distance, Ushuaia downtown by public bus or car. Super easy and very fast communication with management. Would come back right away.

My first time visiting the city of Ushuaia. The view from the apartment to the outside took my breath away, really beautiful. Although it is not very close to downtown, it is very easy to get to the tourist spots. Just one drawback, it's better to pay for parking in the apartments, since someone took a side mirror off the car. Otherwise excellent
