El departamento es muy centrico, el barrio es tranquilo uno de los mas antiguos del puerto, puedes llegar caminando en cinco minutos a la playa, a restaurantes tradicionales como Panama y Mariscos el Torito, asi como taquerias y mercado Juan carrasco. Recien remodelado cuenta con aire acondicionado en todo el departamento, agua caliente, smartv y wifi, la terraza tiene un jardin muy bonito, sin duda se sentiran muy cerca de la cultura Mazatleca.
