Our beautiful and quiet neighborhood is a rescued and remodeled space from the 50's. Each space is unique and private, located on the ground floor and its configuration is the same as in the 50's with high ceilings and divided only by walls. The terrace is a beautiful space to relax. We are located in a "local" area, its location is perfect for those who prefer to walk to tourist spots such as Plaza Machado, Malecon, beaches, Olas altas, bars and restaurants less than 12 minutes away. walking.

La Casa del Capitán is an old Hacienda that has just been remodeled. It has six apartments that were named after some of my favorites islands in Mexico. Isla Socorro is a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It has beautiful wooden furniture and leather couches. This apartment is on the second floor and has one set of steps. Below is a barbecue and pool area.The best part is it’s just a block from the beach!
