Stephen’s place was absolutely amazing. The condo is a brand new and beautifully furnished. There’s not a single kitchen tool that one could ask for that wasn’t there. Beds were very comfortable. There is a small dressing room with lots of storage for clothes. No need to bring your own beach towel, here everything is provided. Very helpful and friendly reception staff that were bilingual. The pool, the hot tub ,amazing. This was our 4th visit to Puerto Vallarta and by far the best place we ever stayed. Always thought in the past we had to stay directly at the beach. We are cured. This Location is only a short walk away from the beach as well from all the restaurants and provides peace and quiet when you wanna rest and sleep. I do not do well with air conditioning but the way it works in Stephen’s apartment with different zones and individual controls I felt very comfortable.

The Avida is a fantastic building to stay in - everything is walking distance! The pool is pristine and has a gorgeous view and an on-site bar. The beach is a stones throw away and there are plenty of stores to grab clothing and souvenirs. This unit was gorgeous as well - very spacious and well-appointed with a great kitchen to whip up last minute snacks. Truly an enjoyable stay!

Loved my week long stay, would love to be back anytime I’m in Puerto Vallarta! In the middle of everything you could need. Very comfortable home, safe, communication was on point and very helpful hosts/front desk. The only cons I can think of is that you have to buy your own toiletries/toilet paper but it wasn’t a big deal… way more pros that outshine the con.
