Vacation rentals in Isla Cerralvo

We had such a great stay at Casa Xolo this past weekend! The property is beautiful and the rental units are thoughtfully designed and super comfortable. We hadn’t planned on it, but ended up having dinner at their on-site restaurant the night we arrived (open Thursday to Saturday) — and it was absolutely fantastic! One of the best meals we had on our trip. Breakfast was also included with our stay and just as delicious. Fabiola and Steve were wonderful hosts — super warm and welcoming — and their dogs are lovely. We brought our dog along too, and everyone got along perfectly. The whole property has a really cool, relaxed vibe, and having the restaurant there made it even more special. If you're headed to La Ventana, definitely stay here! Highly recommend.

Great place. Far enough off main road keep the noise down. Good AC. Good WiFi. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Absolutely idyllic private setting. All the small details were there - fluffy towels, little baskets, a yoga mat etc. The house is huge and like others have said, it is much bigger in reality. We couldn’t recommend this place strongly enough if you want a 5* getaway.

Wow, what an amazing spot! Very inspiring! Be sure to write down directions clearly…we got lost. Go to Pitaya and look for small bird sign on left before pulling in to parking area . Best to arrive with plenty of light. Walkable to Pitaya for yummy breakfast. Hope to return!

The place is spectacular! In the middle of the desert, with the best sunset! The bus is clean and unique.

Andrew’s place is a gem! We enjoyed the nice cool a/c, the gorgeous patio, and the pristine pool on a hot day was lovely! We had everything we needed and were very comfy. The patio was the perfect spot to watch the pink moon rise. Would absolutely return!

We enjoyed our week long stay very much and wish we could have stayed longer. Alfredo is a wonderful host. The property is a lovely retreat. Everything was sparkling clean. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and a beautiful swimming pool - albeit not heated so a bit chilly this time of year. There are two futon-style sleepers in the TV area behind the bedroom. Great location, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, bars, and gear rental. The area is quiet without much traffic. Beautiful views from the roof top of surrounding mountains and Ventana Bay. We like to buy fresh fish and eat in, and the kitchen has a nice gas range and a toaster oven, there is also a wood/charcoal bbq we could have used. Conveniently the property has an additional shower and bathroom accessible without entering the casita, so I could see us returning with kids who will want to camp in the secure fenced property and use the cool fire pit.

Architectural beauty with stunning views Our stay at Home in El Sargento was memorable and relaxing. The house itself is architecturally beautiful, with a fabulous view from the main living and dining area—thanks to a long stretch of large windows that flood the space with light and showcase the scenery. The showers were excellent, with great water pressure—always appreciated after a day of exploring. The home is in a quiet and central location, which made it easy to get around El Sargento. Some in our group found the layout a bit challenging, as getting from the living area to the bedrooms involved a bit of a trek. But others enjoyed this outdoor separation of the living spaces from the bedroom. Also, while the home itself is clean and well kept, the neighbouring property behind was a bit messy, which slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful setting. Overall, a very comfortable and beautiful place to stay—with just a few quirks to be aware of depending on your group’s prefe
