Our stay was simply amazing! The place is cozy, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated while still preserving its authentic rural charm. Our host, Caroline, was incredibly welcoming and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. And the food she prepares – absolutely delicious! Every meal was made with care and love, offering an incredible homemade taste, and the fresh eggs from her own chickens made it even more special. The yard is a true little paradise – spacious, peaceful, and full of greenery. We were especially impressed by her small lavender garden, which adds an extra touch of charm and tranquility. The surroundings are perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and amazing homemade food in a magical countryside setting!

great apartment! we loved it, it was very warm (freezing outside and warm inside!) we had enough space for all our stuff, coming back from ski every day. fully kitchen so we could cook and bake. kids enjoy the play room and we also loved the pool. the apartment is beautiful, great view. Ivana was so nice, and we also got a cleaner in the middle of the week with no charge for refresh our stay. great place!!!

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Pamporovo – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Joseph’s Luxury Villa in the Pines was simply amazing! From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!

Everything was perfect. It met all our needs. All the questions I asked were answered quickly. It was solution-oriented. It was an enjoyable house for my child, there was a playground, safe and peaceful. There was a toddler bed in the house. The only problem was that there was no dishwasher and the plates and glasses were a little dirty. Other than that, everything was sparkling clean. It was very clean and tidy. There was no shortage of parking. BİLLA was next to the grocery store. Transportation was very easy. A place to stay when I come back. We were very satisfied. We enjoyed it very much. We stayed here with 3 children for our skiing holiday over Xmas and new year. The apartment was better than expected, photos do not do this place justice, the views are phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again. It was a short ride in a taxi to the ski resort as we had 3 small children but you could walk it if you wanted to. Highly recommend!

Quiet and cozy apartment. Good communication with the landlords. An absolute bonus for me was the large window looking out to a blooming in my stay linden and clear. I would love to use it again.
