Unser 4&4 Pickup hat uns souverän zum Grundstück gebracht Wanderung zum Hole in the Wall war großartig und von der Familie organisiert Südafrika auf eine besondere Art kennengelernt Gabriele und Klaus

Very beautiful and peaceful. Armin and Sabina were amazing and it was a privilege to be part of their world, a world of fruit trees, orchards, ducks, chickens and horses. My daughters loved participating in the feeding of the animals and collecting the eggs. We also paddled the river and explored the wild beach. There is no electricity and it became so wonderful at night with all the candles. A highly recommend a destination.

This place was awesome. Definitely worth the drive. Louis was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The facilities were unique and the surrounding area was so beautiful, the best sunset I have seen in South Africa so far. Very friendly cat and dogs on property. Awesome kitchen set up and fire place to sit with friends. Only thing to say is if there are puddles on the dirt road to the property drive slowly directly through them, and you can even get through with a regular rental car. Or you can be like me and mess up and drive on the side of the puddle and get stuck in the mud (don’t be like me lol) thanks again for the help Louis!! Definitely would stay here again.

Though the road is slow going it was still fine for our tiny crap rental car. The rondavel was amazing, we loved the creative architecture, food was good, water is safe to drink, and it is really neat to see the community building this hostel is doing. We felt safe but there are random people who pester you when you are walking around outside the hostel and on the beach so I recommend locking up well!

Ein wunderschöner Ort für Rucksacktouristen die gerne einen Joint rauchen und nicht ein fünf Sterne Hotel erwarten.! Die Anfahrt ist weit und am besten mit einem Jeep zu machen, dann trifft ihr auf wirklich liebe entspannte Menschen.! Proviant mitbringen wenn möglich, alles was ihr gerne habt, es ist kein Restaurant in weitem Umkreis und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt.! Am besten alles mitbringen was man gerne hat, dann lebt man bei Lu und Ihren Freunden wie im Paradies...!!!

Es war einfach toll! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Schatz! Du fühlst dich wie im Urwald und gehst schlafen und wachst auf mit dem Blick auf das Meer und die Wellen, einfach atemberaubend! Julies Hund hat eine ausgiebige Wanderung mit uns gemacht 😁 das einzige was man bemängeln kann, ist das WLAN, wir hatten kaum Internet in unserem Zimmer. Aber bei dieser Unterkunft brauchst du auch kein Internet.
