The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

Unser Apartment liegt am Waldrand und bietet einen schönen Aussenbereich im Grünen. Zur Zeit kann es leider wegen einer Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück unter der Woche tagsüber zur Beeinträchtigung durch Baulärm kommen! Abends und nachts genießen Sie aber die hier sonst übliche Ruhe ohne Autoverkehr.
