The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The property has an outdoor dining area, yoga room and outdoor exercise space, Naples airport 30km away. Supermarket near and best Mozzarella of all Naples. The beach is about 1km away. Adult guests must provide pictures of their government IDs due to italy's laws on short term rentals. A refundable 200 Euro Deposit will be collected returned prior to checking out if all is well.
