The house is fully equipped with everything you need for food and drinks, making it feel just like home. The host and co-host were incredibly supportive and kind throughout our stay. It's really a surprise!This is the best homestay I have ever😭 stayed in Japan. Although it's a bit tiring to climb up the hill, everything is worth it after entering the villa. The host prepared a lot of beautiful supplies, as well as a lot of ingredients and gifts. All the details are perfect.The private bath is much bigger than it looks in the photos, you don't even have to go out, and it's a lot more cost-effective than a hot spring hotel that costs thousands.The host is also very friendly and communicative.You will fall in love with Hakone because of a homestay, and the conclusion is: I will come back next time!

I stayed here on a group trip with five friends and two 2-year-olds. It had just snowed and I was able to enjoy the snowy world! I was worried about the cold, but there were two heaters, and we had a very warm and comfortable time with the additional paid fireplace.I enjoyed the experience of baking pizza in a fireplace, which is not something you usually get to do. The check-in location and accommodation were different, but it was just a 5-minute drive.They also provided condiments, aluminum wrap, kitchen paper, etc., so I was even more grateful that they were listed in the information.I wrote a lot, but overall it was a great stay!Thank you!

Perfect cabin for 4 people. Check in was easy and Yume was helpful and responded immediately to any inquiries I had. Yume also provided helpful information about restaurants during our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and blankets were warm. There was a nice spa to soak in after all the walking we did. It was quiet and peaceful at the location and very cozy!

Highly recommend to all travelers, especially family. room kitchen shower room are pretty clean, Mt. Fuji 🏔️ is visible in both rooms. free bikes is there for the visitors without reservation. Really appreciate the kindly host Mr. Tohru for pick-up and drop-off us from/to the 河口湖駅, such a great help when you are traveling with luggages
