This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

The accommodation is located on the second floor, accessed via an external staircase.The nearest station is Tama Ceremony Station on the Keio Line or Tama River on the Seibu Tamagawa Line (transfer at Chuo Line Musashi-Kai Station), all of which are about 30 minutes from Shinjuku Station. The accommodation is a 19-minute walk from Tama Ceremony Station and an 11-minute walk from Tama Station. It is a little far from the station, so we can pick you up and drop you off depending on the time by car to the nearest station. Please let me know in advance when you will be picked up. Ajinomoto Stadium is within a 10-minute drive. You can also show you nearby restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and sightseeing spots. There is parking for cars, motorbikes, and bicycles on the guest house grounds (free of charge). However, cars are limited to small cars up to 3,800mm long. If it exceeds the size, please park in the coin parking lot 1 minute on foot (600 yen for 24 hours). Please let me know beforehand if you are coming by car.
