Raymond and his staff was hospitable and accommodating. He ensured we will be able to check in even it was really late. Staff was timid and quiet but nice. Early breakfast is served for free. We even asked to change on our 2nd day for preference and they agreed on the request with no additional cost. The place is good, clean, rustic feel but maintained. We mostly have the place on our own, which I noticed same to other hotel/resort in the area. With these places and their nice people, I think they deserve more tourists / visitors. Rooms are not sound proof so not recommended for honeymooners. LoL We get that weird look but harmless. Not sure if why so we stayed indoor most of the time and also because we are too tired going out to meet people around. Language Barrier is very minimal issue sometimes to staff but not a big deal. communicable at the least. Overall, I think I should stay longer and try all amenities sometimes. I will definitely recommend and come back.

thank you sir john and his family for making our stay comfortable. the place is clean, the aircon was cold. there are clean towels and guest kits available. and more importantly there is hot water in the shower. will definitely book this again when we come back to isabela. Godbless to you and your family!

My decision to make W Residences my second home in Santiago City has always been right. Service is very consistent and the place is properly maintained. Bed linens and towels are always fresh and the host as always, is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here over and over again.
A charming elevated accommodation features a thatched roof and natural wood construction. A wooden staircase leads to the entrance, complemented by a lush green pathway and surrounding outdoor space. The structure blends harmoniously with its tropical environment.

Shine is super sweet, accomodating, and a fantastic cook. Her English is great and she was very helpful with all the things we needed during our stay. The game areas and hammock areas are very cute in their set up. The babamboo hut was fun to stay in and kept warm in the rainy cold weather we arrived in. The shared Filipino-style bathroom may be difficult for foreigners to get use to, with the self-flush, lack of toilet paper, and no specific place to wash hands. Overall we had a nice stay for 1 night. We arrived with our own motorbikes which made transport easy.
A vibrant sunset is visible through a wrought iron gate, with hues of pink and orange in the sky. Potted plants surround the outdoor space, creating a peaceful environment. Green foliage and a wooden structure can be seen in the background, enhancing the natural setting.

A budget-friendly and quiet place to stay! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Conveniently located near a supermarket and fast food spots. We’d definitely come back if we visit Isabela again!
