Martini Time is a modern 90m2 loft located on the top floor of a 13th century building (without lift), located on the ancient walls of Castello district, the highest and most noble part of the city. The terrace offers an incredible view of Cagliari and is equipped for outdoor living. 70 meters away is an elevator that takes you to the car park and the rest of town. The beach is a few minutes away. A unique and unrepeatable place, equipped with all comforts in the most exclusive part of the city.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

The house is located 2 km from Porto Pino beach and 3 km from the village of Sant'Anna Arresi, which can also be reached on foot or by bicycle via the bike path. It is located on the ground floor and consists of: kitchen with living room, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and one with single bed in which you can add another bed. The house is equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning.
