Beautiful villa, wonderful privacy!! Very relaxed with two children who are sometimes allowed to be loud. And a really nice large garden with various seating options, so that you can also spend half a day in the garden. Very nice and practical outdoor shower. Everything you need (also a few sand play things for the kids, parasol, loungers). Walking distance to the beach and various restaurants. Wonderful! We're thinking about coming back next year!

The villa is very spacious, has rooms that are not connected by walls, so we did not hear each other. The house is well equipped and clean. My family consisted of 10 people, including 3 children, who had plenty of places to play and toys. I also highly recommend the owner Elvira, whom we liked from the first day of contact. Very helpful and nice. She already had leaflets with attractions, restaurants and car rentals prepared. I hope we will come back there 🤍

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

Excellent location within 5 to 10 minutes of some superb beaches with clear water. walkable to local supermarket and at least 4 restaurants that are all very good. The villa was exactly what we were expecting. Ninni was always on hand if we needed to contact him. We travelled to the East and North West Coastal beaches during our stay but felt Chia had the most to offer as the real Sardinia and its scenery is hard to beat.

Nick and his family were the picture of hospitality, they offered local recommendations, provided local drinks for our stay, and were consistently friendly. The place matched the description and photos well and the check in process was very smooth thanks to the quick responses of the host. The villa was incredibly clean with laundered linen and a beach and wash towel package for each guest. We had one small issue which involved the gas for the hob but that was resolved literally within minutes and didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all. The location was good with a pleasant town nearby with good restaurants and places to visit. There was also a beach within walking distance with beautiful clear water. If you wanted to just stay by the pool though you could absolutely spend the day there. There were a range of sofas and loungers and a big enough and warm enough pool to facilitate any games or races you could imagine or simply just relaxing! We would definitely recommend!

We stayed from September 1 to 8. We were 3 families of 4 people. From the time we arrived to the time we left, he always supported us by phone for all our needs in a kind and responsive manner. Beautiful, clean, and functional environment. Quiet and pleasant area. Recently renovated with great care. Air conditioning managed by Francesco remotely who, however, responds to your every need immediately We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation with friends in a peaceful and comfortable environment
