Beautiful sunset view, a private path surrounded by fruit trees, and even a natural spring you can drink from directly! This private oasis is perfect for a romantic getaway after hiking the Pico da Bandeira, visiting coffee farms, or just enjoying the countryside. Only 5 min from Alto Caparao square. The access road is in good condition and the chalet is easy to reach.

And it doesn't end there: if you prefer a waterfall, there are a few options within a 10-minute drive.

Charming landscape, romantic place in the midst of nature, surrounded by mountains, with a waterfall within the property and others within walking distance. Ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. The nearest town (Santa Marta) is 4 km away, where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is just 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).
