From our arrival in the peaceful town of Talaonga and warm reception at Ocean Beach Resort, our two week vacation was far better than anything we could have expected. The resort is owned and managed by a family of educators/teachers in the most friendly and peaceful community of Bicol. We enjoyed quiet and peaceful moments as well as vibrant and energetic parties. We celebrated a birthday and bonded with family and friends during our stay. Swimming at sunrise and sunset and enjoying fresh ocean breezes during the day. Fully equipped kitchens made meal preparations fun and social for all of us. This is a warm and approachable family and host. We were given as much privacy as we wanted and were well received when we asked to arrange for food, cake, decorations and transportation of guests. This family knows everyone in town and enjoys bringing people together. I highly recommend Ocean View Resort and I look forward to returning soon to visit my new friends.

We had an unforgettable experience celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday at Alexander's place. the 3 spacious rooms were cozy and well maintained providing plenty of comfort for everyone. The videoke room was a hit with our guests adding so much fun to the celebration. The overall ambiance made the event more special and we could not have asked for a better venue. We are also delightful that pir request to transfer the booking from Xanders 3 to Xanders 1 was granted. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasion.

Stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful house and the experience was just amazing. I love how secluded the place is but still walkable to the nearby spots in Gubat. Host was great and helpful to our needs! Would recommend! 10/10!

The place is super cozy and it was easy to check in. The house is indeed a great place to stay especially for a big family since it is very spacious, neat, and comfy. All of us enjoyed our Holidays because of the peaceful atmosphere. The host is responsive. He also gives recommendations on spots to go when you want to enjoy the city. Transportations like buses and tricycles are also accessible so we did not worry about going to other places around the city. It is also great to go walking around the area.

Laid-back, countryside vibe. The main house overlooks a vast expanse of rice fields, reminiscent of Bali. Bugiw is kubo-like, but much much equipped with everything you need. You will love the kitchen. The place is not next to the beach, it would take you to cross the street and a short walk, but once you get through, it is stunning. It’s a sunrise side, but best in the afternoon for the shade. It’s possible to camp on the beach. I had the best time.

This place was amazing. Me and my family felt at home and at peace, from the furnitures to the ambiance, everything was perfect. It was really serene and we were able to relax. We were also able to enjoy the beauties of Gubat and Irosin while checked in Baia, pros of it being close to places we wanted to go to and having a good parking space for the cars we brought. I absolutely recommend this place and if given the chance to go back, I would most definitely stay here again.

One of the cleanest campsites I’ve been in. Private and peaceful. Owner was hands-on and was helpful. I went with my kids and they had a great time.

We loved our stay here, the place is so quiet and peaceful. The view is captivating. We were able to relax and enjoy. My kids loved the board games and the pool. The caretaker is accommodating as well, she’s always responsive whenever we need something.

Great place, the only problem is the restroom is a-bit small..overall a good place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cleto. The property itself is very clean, comfortable, secluded and surrounded by beautiful nature. Great for hosting large groups. The caretaker Celia is a real gem. She was super helpful and accommodating, making our stay extra special. We loved hanging by the pool, napping in the hammock and enjoyed the air conditioned rooms when needing a break from the heat. I have zero complaints about this property and definitely recommend it.

Our 2nd time to stay in this house, feels like its my 2nd home in Sorsogon. Gloria had the house renovated that’s make the house more welcoming and homey. She had the security cam closed inside the house and just retain the outside house for security reason. For us security cam is not an issue, it’s an advantage and added security actually. Best place based on the simple way of living in Sorsogon. Very quiet and nice neighborhood too. Gloria gave us some pancit too! We love the place and the hospitality of Gloria.

Great accomodation and attentive to guests!

Jason's place is located in Pang Pang not too far from downtown and a short ride to local beaches. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a/c. The living area and kitchen do not. There is water for drinking and a heated shower which is nice. I found the living room furniture which was a solid wood a little hard to be comfortable on. There are a good amount of local dogs in the area, none of which are violent but something to take note of. Also the road coming to the house is on is a bit a rough which makes it somewhat difficult to park the rental car but eventually you get use to navigating in and out of the area. All and all its a nice house with lots of room and a/c. Good if you are visiting the Sorsogon area with family.

If you are planning to have a quick day-long visit to Subic Beach in Matnog, Allen John's place is a perfect staging area. It's only 30 kms or roughly half hour away from Matnog. The public market is just a kilometer away, and you can buy foodstuff from there to prepare a quick, budget-friendly breakfast (esp for a big group of around 10). Highly recommended!👍

Thank you Miss Joanne for hosting us. The kids loved the style. It was peaceful and amazingly beautiful Home. The water is never an issue it is abundant lol. Definitely recommending and I already recommended it with my friends. Will stay again once we go back to Bulan.

The overall experience we had was outstanding. The only noticeable thing is the bidet with leakage. But overall great experience, I highly recommend this place! Very comfortable!

The host was very responsive and accomodating despite the very late check in time. Thank you to ate roxanne as well. The place was cozy and clean. My only negative was the price of the stay and that is located on the second floor.
