Our family loved the time we had at Todd’s cabin, it was exactly what we needed. The cabin is in a very peaceful, quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable, both adults and kids loved the jukebox and games, and being able to have a kitchen that was equipped with all the pots/utensils/things we needed was huge. It made cooking at the cabin for ourselves a breeze. Todd was a great communicator and we had no issues during our stay at all. Thanks again so much!

We loved the property of this cabin. It was beautiful and well maintained. The river was one of my favorite spots to read or have my morning coffee. There were many perks and amenities to this place that weren't listed online, like hammocks, campfire pokers, blow-dryer, yard games, fire pit, folding chairs, plastic storage containers, etc. And I loved all the buffalo plaid decor all around. The signs and decor were really nice too, So much to look at. My family had plenty of room inside the cabin to sleep and have their own space. There was also lots of outdoor seating and space outside on the property to come together for dinner or games. Nina was very responsive and gave clear instructions for entering and leaving the property. She was polite and made our stay pleasant. We would stay at this property again.

We loved this get away spot. We are familiar with the area and this is very well located to get to area restaurants and other points of interest. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views. We will be back!!

Carrie and Randy made me feel very welcome! I loved the cabin and the feel of the campground. I was very pleased at how neat and clean it was. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice and hot and I got a great nights rest. I would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing time while here. Kinda had plans but we just went out and explored. The blueberry muffins were perfect, house was great and gave us everything we needed for a relaxing getaway weekend.

Cabin was great. Weekend turned cold and the heat worked great. Easy to find and very clean. Very responsive on questions. Would absolutely stay again.

The cabin is beautiful and very clean. It is well away from the nearest neighbouring cabins and the driveway is about 300 yards long into the forest so completely secluded and very peaceful. We had a few visits from the wild turkeys in the evening just before dusk which was lovely. We did have one evening where we were visited by lots of mosquitoes but being in the middle of the forest it was to be expected. We bought some oil and a burner and problem solved! The gas bbq was an added bonus. A lovely stay, thank you.

Truly an exceptional stay. Top tier hosts that have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. Incredibly clean, no bugs. A really nice little house. Property is beautifully maintained. So relaxing. Wildlife everywhere. We loved all the turtles. The only negative would be the goose poop all over the yard, but that’s just wild life being wild (I would just pack footwear accordingly) Overall, we are super happy with our stay and hope to be back! Thanks for everything!

Great place, clean private area with nice scenery

Perfect place for a quiet getaway, hidden in the woods with fantastic private walking trails. We loved the hot tub and private yard with a fire-pit, picnic table and gas grill. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Would recommend and would return for another staycation. Thank you, Robb & Brandon

Nice small cabin with the convenience of fridge/freezer. Ceiling fan and vent fan were nice on a warm night to keep cool. Easy to find right at the entrance of the campground, super easy check in/out, and a great value stay.

My friends and I liked staying at the cabin for our girls weekend. The cabin had a nice cozy at home feeling. We felt like we were one with nature. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute cozy cabin for a fun getaway.

What a gem of a cabin! Grandpa's Cabin is so special and full of charm. My family of four-- 2 adults and 2 kiddos-- soaked up our time here. Everything was clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable, and cabin is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. We loved the amazing water pillows (we are planning to get our own!), the beautiful book about the history of the cabin, the freshly ground coffee (with a coffee grinder), the unique toys (including many fun "old-fashioned" toys from my childhood), and the lovely beach and lake right around the corner. We spent one day rafting on the Pine River (such a fun adventure!) and came back to the cabin to swim, BBQ, and roast s'mores. It was a perfect vacation, and we cannot wait to return. Lorna was an extremely kind, helpful, and generous host-- even allowing us to check in early and leave late. Many, many thanks!

My partner and I loved staying here over the winter holiday. It was very well-thought out design in such a small space and most things we needed for our stay were included by the host. It seems like they thought of everything and we agreed that this would be a very nice place to stay in the summertime. The only thing I’ll say is that I don’t think the Airbnb could sleep 4 - when the Murphy bed is down, there isn’t much room remaining. We were very comfortable but we are two fairly small people. This is an excellent space for a couple! Thank you again.
