Vacation rentals with a patio in Irondequoit

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

I was very happy with Katy's studio AirBnB apartment. It had lots of light, was cozy and perfectly appointed. She thought of everything that I may have needed. It was so clean, I thought I may have been the first guest. I go to Rochester often, will return.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

Lynne's place was perfect. Located by a beautiful park, and walkable to Sonnenberg Gardens. 5 min drive to the lake, even less to Main Street, for shops, restaurants, etc. Cute front porch. We stayed after getting married in Canandaigua. Lynne left a bottle of sparkling wine for us upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Heather’s place was great, located in a nice quiet area. She was super responsive and even let us drop our things much earlier than check in. The home was spacious and very clean. Thank you so much!

Clean and quiet in a beautiful building/renovated home. Fantastic location and wonderful to have parking available and reserved. We had a great day and will surely be back again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Rochester area look no further. Our family was in the area for our son’s wedding. We needed a place big enough and also pet friendly. This host has thought of everything and more. The home was spotless, all beds extremely comfortable, linens were so soft, pillows were dreamy! Bathrooms were impeccable and stocked with name brand beautiful soaps, shampoos, ect. The yard was a lot of fun with the included yard games, tie out for our dog, and grill and bar table. There was even a shelf in the linen closet chock full of supplies that you might have forgotten. The area was quiet and safe on a tree lined cul-de-sac. Area restaurants were just a hop skip and jump away! The hosts were extremely responsive for even the smallest questions. The attention to detail that is shown really sets these hosts apart from others, and maybe they should give lessons to other hosts on how to “wow” guests. We can’t wait to stay again in the future. Thank you!

We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend! We spent a long weekend in Rochester to visit a friend and we plan on staying again. Close to Park Ave restaurants and a short drive to the Strong Museum of Play (highly recommend if you have little ones).

Melissa's home was great, all the beds were comfortable, things were as described and it worked perfectly for our family with four couples. Melissa went above and beyond. Our daughter recently had twins and Melissa went out and bought two brand new pack and plays so both children could have a pack and play! She was so thoughtful and was always very prompt in responding to any questions. We loved the charm of this older home and the fact that everything worked perfectly.

Communication was primarily with Kristina and her response time was outstanding. Very attentive- even recommended restaurants. Very happy with our stay and look forward to returning!

Great stay while visiting our son at RIT. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and a great and quiet neighborhood for walking. Bathrooms were especially extra clean which means a lot to us while traveling. We spent lots of time in the nice sunroom with comfy couches and privacy. Jason was very communicative. We felt right at home!

Feeling so thankful!!! Celebrated my daughter’s graduation!! Place and responsiveness was perfect for us!! We had been to the area before and knew this was a great location, we even got to finally have brunch at mad hatter (typ. 45 min wait). it was great bc it’s on the same block. The extra amenities, clean, clutter-free and well designed space made it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was clean and really made me comfortable!! my OCD was soothed and I felt so cared for, and allowed me to be present and feel peaceful with my family Since I had previous experiences where Rochester books up for conventions or performances, I booked early! A couple of weeks before our arrival date, I received a notification from Airbnb that there was trouble with my card. I got so nervous that something could interfere with this trip and was so stressed out. My credit card on file expired! The hosts were prompt to reassure me that they would work with me, and we got it all sorted right away!
