The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Bright and quiet apartment in a green setting. Including balcony and terrace. Located 15 minutes' drive to Lyon city center. Highway access (Paris-Marseille; St Etienne-Clermont Ferrand) within 5 minutes. Direct bus access to Lyon Perrache, at the foot of the residence. Shopping/restaurant complex and CGR cinema 3 min drive. Everything is also within easy walking distance! Lyon Sud and Henry Gabriel Hospitals 5 minutes away! Skate park is a 3-minute walk, Beauregard Park and its castle are a 15-minute walk.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.
