Everything is newly renovated with hog standard. Everyone will find their favorite room, and on the big lot (7500 sqm) laughter will be heard for a long time. Nearest neighbor is Elinghem pride, Elinghem odekyrka and 2 km from the house you will find wonderful Ire with one of Gotland's finest beaches (Ireviken), Iregard with café, restaurant, animals, tennis, horseback riding, shop and lots of other activities for the whole family. The garden, quiet and walking distance to wonderful Ire makes this a magical place. Pa garden there is a barn and 5 outbuildings that are empty and not used.

With us, you live in the countryside and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (by car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. Within walking distance is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with a charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Enjoy the tranquility of our nice little farm on Northern Gotland. Large garden with fruit trees, flowers, forest for adventure, lawn for a football match or doze off in the hammock to the sound of birdsong, the sound of the sea and the wind rustling in the leaves. The house is fresh, new finishes, fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and wonderfully creaky floors. Inside there are six beds divided into two bedrooms.
