With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Here you live close to everything with a kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with mudroom. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Welcome to our limestone house on the farm. This is a charming place that has been a part of the family for generations. Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Guest house with double bed and outdoor shower Bicycles, surfboard and SUP are available to borrow. NOTE: sheets + towels are not included. More pictures can be sent.

18th century house at Stenstu manor

Unwind in this unique and harmonious 18th century home. The southern wing of Stenstu Herrgård has been recently restored and renovated. The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

Studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
