Had an amazing stay. Was very peaceful and extremely clean. Felt great walking into the home.

We came for a soccer tournament and the place was perfect for relaxing between games! Beau was super responsive and easy to communicate with!

The apartment was very new and clean! Communication with the hosts was very good. It seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. This is a very quiet area and there is no smoking anywhere in the complex. It was a good value for the nightly rate.

We chose this place to stay because of the close proximity to our family members home. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and very inviting. We had others staying above us, and didn’t even know they were there. The hosts promptly accommodated a last minute change with us removing two guests. We have already shared the listing with friends who will be in the area soon. Thanks for the great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We loved staying at Andy’s and Courtney’s place! The house was very clean and had everything one would need for a getaway! The hosts were very responsive and friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!

Great weekend spent at Lore’s place. Pictures do not do it justice. Better than we expected. Very clean and everything you would need. The design of inside was beautiful. Every detail Lore has covered and more than you need. Will definitely be back again. Kudos to a wonderful place.

We rented Shelly's home for 12 days with my husband's elderly parents (in their 80s) after leaving Asheville due to no water or power after Hurricane Helene. we have family in Davidson so we wanted to be near them, and this house couldn't have been more convenient! The house had several features that made our stay super enjoyable and pleasant. The rooms are big, and the fact that there are two sitting areas with couches was key. That way whoever wanted to watch TV could, and I was able to sit in the nice area off the kitchen and work on my computer. The house was very clean, smelled great, beds are comfy. Being walkable to downtown Davidson and the college was also key. I was able to run on the Davidson cross country trails. While the house is not fancy, all the furniture was very comfortable. We would definitely rent here again!

Linda is such a great host. She was very quick to respond to questions before I booked and the one question I had after getting into the house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Tons of games scattered throughout including ping pong, putting, foosball, and a poker table. The fully fenced in yard was great for the dog. I highly recommend Linda and this house.

Would definitely book this property again. The environment was peaceful. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the living room was perfect for our relaxing get away. I really enjoyed having the washer and dryer for any needs that we had and access to the fenced in back yard. They truly thought of everything. Perfect for a weekend away.

I really enjoyed my stay at Heather's place. I stayed there for a good, long while because I was escaping the snowy North. I had everything I needed and any time I had questions or was in need of something Heather was super quick to reply. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the fenced backyard. The location is really pretty perfect. It's so close to good food, shopping, hiking, mountain biking and so many other activities! But what really made it a 5 star stay was Heather. She is a wonderful host. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. She's also thoughtful and kind. I can't say enough good things about her and about the stay.

Nice lake house. Comfortable spaces. The living room was spacious but only 1 table lamp to light the space after dark. This house is not one to pick for anyone with mobility issues as all bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen/living room upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

The home on the lake was absolutely perfect for meeting family for a long, relaxing weekend. The home had everything we could ask for. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, utensils and space to prepare large meals for everyone. We even smoked two shoulder roasts on the Big Green Egg. The three comfortable couches provided all the sitting space we needed to enjoy movies at night and The Masters during the day. Outside, the we all enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the firepit and enjoying lake time on the dock and the boat we rented. Such a great place. When we return to Lake Norman and need a rental, Brenell's place will be at the top of our list.

This was probably my favorite AirBnB to date, and I have stayed at a lot! It was absolutely beautiful. The dock and the lake were so peaceful. There were a lot of outdoor chairs and places to relax. The ping pong table and arcade game were the perfect addition for my nieces and nephews staying with us. They played for hours on the ping pong table. As for the house itself it was very spacious and SUPER clean. I was very pleased with how clean it was. There were no weird smells like so many places we have stayed before. Overall just such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

I stayed at Ryan’s place for an extended time while going to school in Mooresville. He was always very quick to respond when I had questions and took great care of me. Place was very cozy and a nice stay. I have no complaints.

Absolutely beautiful place overlooking the lake! Had all of the appliances needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels including pool towels, and even a welcome basket. The shower in the master was a wonderful waterfall shower with lots of pressure. The place felt luxurious. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located in a beautiful community by the lake but the moment you step into the space, the experience is already elevated. Squeaky clean, gorgeous lighting and lovely patio overlooking the lake and a restaurant. Thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom. One of the best Airbnb’s i have stayed at.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!
