Great accommodation! The apartment has been renovated and is well taken care of, the highlights are the cleaning and new furniture. I stayed for a month at the ap and matched my needs (excellent bathroom/ kitchen equipped with refrigerator minibar, portable cooktop cooktop cooktop 2 electric head, microwave and electric kettle/ laundry only with tank, no washer / bedroom machine with new furniture, mattresses and good pillows/ has 2 blankets). The space serves a person well. It has no elevator and does not have a covered garage for the guest (inside the building) as described in the listing. Excellent location: supermarket a block, Lagoa das Tágrimas two blocks,... bakeries, restaurants, fuel station, pharmacies, snack bars in the radius of three blocks away. Super helpful and flexible host with schedules.
