We chose Karina's accommodation for one night before leaving the next day for our lodge in the Amazon. Karina was cordial and friendly from the first moment. She always provided us with information of all kinds. The best thing was her offer to go to the pool at her club (paid) which was a great relief for us as it was very hot that afternoon. She is a very friendly hostess and we always felt confident in getting along with her. We would gladly return and would highly recommend it as the price is totally worth it!

A great stay if your looking to save on your stay for other things. The wifi and service was great and on point. The place is near a family friendly plaza surrounded by decent restaurants. Moreover they are the closest to the port of esnapu if you are looking into venturing into Leticia and Tabatinga.

Nos quedamos por 3 noches, precio accesible, zona tranquila a 4 cuadras de la plaza de armas, tienes un market a 1 cuadra, farmacia al frente. el alojamiento estuvo bien, espacio confortable. la atención de Wery y Ernesto 1000 puntos.

This was a bucket list stay in the Amazon! Incredible place to relax with no signal or wifi and just enjoy your surroundings! The rooms were perfect and incredibly clean. Caesar and his family were the best hosts! We got to see river dolphins in the morning and beautiful birds all day. Lots of excursions available with the best hosts! I would recommend this place over and over for anyone willing to have an incredible experience! Seriously bucket list place to stay!

I love Hotel Daylu! After our 2 day get away in the Amazon, it was so refreshing to have a nice bed to sleep in WITH AC! It was a cute hotel, close to some shops and small businesses. The staff was very sweet to me and my girlfriend. Check in was easy as pie- we just walked in, filled out one form, and off to the room for a siesta! Yes, it’s loud, but that is a symptom of Iquitos, not of Hotel Daylu.

Gilbert, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. This is the main reason I would recommend this Airbnb. I booked for 6 people and understood it as being a single home with three rooms. However, it is a communal style accommodation, with a shared kitchen and rooms available on the bottom floor and the top (2nd) floor. Two out of three bottom floor rooms had their own a/c and private bathroom in the room, with one room having a big fan that moves a lot of air and a bathroom close by in the hall. Overall, this place was perfect for our group, and Gilbert was extremely responsive and accommodating with any issue that came up. Rooms were comfy. We all felt safe. The only things I would have liked to be different is that our shower was not hot (typical for most places in Peru) and it is not walking distance to the main part of town with the good restaurants and shopping places - although the mototaxis will get you there quickly and are must do's for everyone.
