The beach suitable for swimming is about 25 min walking, but the one in front is very rich to walk and play on the shore. the depto is comfortable and the building staff is attentive. recommended! just to point out that the pool was in maintenance, but that escapes the host

Only maintenance at the depto , understandable because it is high season and must be guest replacement all the time . A 14th floor, if or if elevator , the garage in the subsoil is provided free of charge , guard 24 hs very friendly. Ideally located for walking to the beach and Jumbo and others . Carolina's apartment is very cozy, nice and also new. It is as shown in the photos. The building is located in a good, safe, quiet area and three blocks from Cavancha beach. It has businesses on both sides and on Tuesdays and Thursdays there is a fair in the back of the building where you can buy delicious fruits, which makes the stay much better (I had already stayed in this building and I came back for the same reason). There was good communication with Carolina and any questions were always answered. I recommend the apartment and I would stay again for future vacations.
