Great place for a family trip. We booked for the pool and we get as advertised. The house ambience feels like home but more. Love the aquarium and little fish pond

The owner is very friendly, and his property very comfortable to stay. Anyone bringing children is a suitable place for all. Cleanness of the house is very good.

Real villa feel so close to the Ipoh city. The place is cleaned and well maintained with lots of amenities. Good for big families. Pool is amazing. They had a dining table that converts to a pool and ping pong table, an arcade console and a karaoke set with mics, more than enough to keep all of us entertained! 😊

I believe this is one of the best place i've stayed in Malaysia. The house was aesthetically designed making it feel so warm and cosy and it seriously felt like home. I wish i could stay longer but time was not being nice. Totally recommend to stay here for a day or two to explore Ipoh.

The house is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for large groups. Everyone had enough room to relax, and the common areas were ideal for spending time together. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the overall environment was peaceful. The host was also very helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a cozy and private place to stay together. ✅ Pros: • Very spacious and clean • Suitable for big families or group gatherings • Well-equipped with all basic facilities • Peaceful and private environment 🚫 Cons: • Occasionally could hear dogs barking from a neighboring house, especially at night. Not a big issue, but something to note if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, still a lovely stay and we’d happily return for another short getaway.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate how responsive and kind you’ve been throughout. The home was perfect for our family – spacious, well-equipped, nice, clean and super comfortable. It honestly felt just like at home. All rooms, including the living hall, are equipped with air-conditioning, which is a big plus. The peaceful environment and strong WiFi made it easy for us to work and the location was super convenient. It’s only about 10–15 minute drive to Ipoh City. During our stay, we visited Gerbang Malam, Pasar Karat, and a few other great attractions. There are also plenty of amazing restaurants nearby serving mouth-watering local food. Highly recommend stay to anyone planning to visit Meru or Ipoh. Quick responses and clear instructions made the check-in super easy. 10/10 for everything. Thank you for being such a great host. We’ll definitely recommend your place to friends and would love to come back again.

It's my second time staying here this year. The place is clean and spacious, makes staying here feels like home. Large spaces for group activities in the living area.

It was a real gem. All my 11 family members (including myself) was so pleased with the stay. Thoughtful touches like a kids room with a slide and even step stools for children! Clean and fuss free check in and out. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable and affordable place to stay. The homestay looks exactly like the pictures — clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. Everything was in good condition, and the amenities provided were more than enough for our stay. Great value for money and suitable for both small families and groups. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Just a note on the surroundings — there are quite a number of migrant workers in the area, and many of them hang around outside at night. While we didn’t face any issues, it’s best to be extra mindful of your security and belongings. Some of them were seen observing guests coming in and out of the homestay, so do take precautions. During our stay, there was a leakage issue when it rained, and some water dripped onto the mattress. We reported it to the host, and they responded professionally by offering a 50% refund. Really appreciated how the host handled the situation — overall, still a good experience and worth considering.

Clean and spacious home stay located in the center of ipoh and accessible to food/attractions/mall etc. Owner is fast in response as well. Recommended :)

Second time staying here. It really does feel like home. Everything was smooth and easy. Down to having firm pillows, which is lacking in most places. Everything was PERFECT. Will definitely come again.

We love the place, its exactly like the photo. Design was minimalist. The place was comfy, beautiful and clean. Short walking distance to nearby mamak make it very convenience and easy. The pool was nice with crystal clear water. The kitchen was complete. The entertainment of LCD Projector and some board games provided by the owner is the cherry on the top of a perfect cake. Really had wonderful time with my family here.

It's been an absolute pleasure to stay at Cannas Inn. Angeline has been such a gracious host from the start of our stay. Her warm welcome with complimentary snacks and her kind gesture of a delicious cake for our birthday celebration certainly makes us feel happy. The house is sparkling clean and she really puts thoughts to create such a functional and cozy Airbnb. Her Airbnb now is my number one choice whenever I choose to stay in Ipoh and happy to say, all my family members are really happy with the experience of staying at Cannas Inn. My friends and I had a lovely stay at Helen's place! We went on an impromptu trip to Ipoh after a busy work period to unwind and find some peace and everything was what we hoped for. The homestay was a quiet respite from the city center of Ipoh, but it was not difficult or far to get to the happening places in town. It was also very close to a slew of coffeeshops which offered all the local fare one hopes to find in Ipoh. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and most importantly, comfortable. We all slept very well every night, and the AC was such a relief from the heat. The bathroom was great too, with adjustable water pressure and temperature. The living room area was spacious as well, giving us a lot of room to organize ourselves. Walking out of the gate every day and seeing mountains just beyond the houses is such a nice sight for us Singaporeans. There's also a beautiful collection of flowers and plants at the front yard. Overall, 10/10 recommend!!

I have a wonderful stay at this place. I make a short notice booking with the host and the host a very responsive to ensure my checkin is smooth. Worth the stay. Note: The swimming pool has spa function, that something worth mention!
