Everything corresponds to the listing. The apartment is well equipped, very functional and very comfortable. The wifi is good and there is a great desk and work chair, which I found a very positive point because I had to use it every day. The building is located on an easy access road to Raposo Tavares, with a great restaurant for lunch right next door and bakery and market nearby. Consider that due to the location it is possible to hear the noise of the highway (which occurs in practically all the apartments of this building), which I easily solved with an ear protector that is bought in a pharmacy and was not a problem. Parking is large and practical. Quick and efficient communication with the host. I really enjoyed the stay!

Very quiet place, we were very welcome by Maria and Valdir. Very clean environment, well-equipped kitchen and a very beautiful view of the lake.

The bedding smelled fresh and the house was super clean and organized. A very well equiped kitchen. The house is bigger than it appears in the photos, very airy and cozy. The condominium is great and safe, has a lake for fishing, a playground and is good for walking. There is a market very close by car, it is great and has everything, even a butcher. We went in the cold, so the pool was super cold, but we could enjoy it anyway. Valério was very attentive and cordial. He always answered my questions quickly. We recommend it and will be back.

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

I had a great experience with my family on site. Indico for everyone who wants a fds with both family and friends. We had a small issue with an indicated employee, but when explaining what happened after check out, the amount was promptly reimbursed.

One of the best stays we've ever made, host Marcela always requests and receptive! The site is a quiet place in the midst of nature, which is great for relaxing and disconnecting with family and friends. The exterior environment of the house conveys a cozy and rustic feel of a grand house and is even better with the warm handmade bread made by the hostess first thing in the morning. We love the experience, Marcela took us to get to know the plantations and animals on the site. And we can't help but talk about the hostess's love for their animals, all well cared for and loving. The property is wonderful, everything is very organized, clean, quality furniture and appliances. Excellent gourmet leisure area, all very well equipped. We spent pleasant days with the family and we will certainly be back soon! Eliana was always very attentive to us at all times. I recommend this property, without a doubt!

The space has exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet and very leisurely space to enjoy with the family at a fair price, it is very worth this home, the children loved and the adults enjoyed a lot. The hostess was very attentive, always available. I recommend it each and would definitely come back.
