Vacation rentals with a patio in Iowa City

What a charming place to stay! There were thoughtful touches everywhere, recommendations for places to visit & eat in the area, & the balcony was a great place to have coffee in the morning & wine in the evenings. And being able to walk downtown was great. Thanks for making this space available for everyone to enjoy!

The place was adorable! Loved staying g in a beautiful historic building. I thought it was wonderful how the place was decorated in local items with recommendations to local businesses. We enjoyed the drinks in the fridge as well. Also the location was perfect. Everything was within an easy walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

A wonderful place to stay near everything but yet in a quiet space.

This was a wonderful stay! The apartment was sparkling clean and the host, Dave was incredibly responsive and helpful. The listing was accurate, and we loved the comfortable beds & the pet friendly environment The location was perfect Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone who’s planning to go around the area. Will definitely be staying here.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This is probably the best location for a Air bnb in CR! I was in town for my daughter's dance competition at The Double Hilton. 13 minute walk to the event center. 2-3 minute scooter ride! (They are everywhere!) It's also in direct sight of the McGrath Amphitheater! There is also a rooftop patio that has a GREAT view of downtown and again, a perfect view of the amphitheater! Super clean, simple, and basically everything you need! Also, the SOFTEST sheets you have ever felt!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need. There were so many little extras in the apartment that it was obvious that a lot of thought has gone into setting it up. If someone is very tall however they might have trouble sleeping in the trundle bed as it is quite short. I loved the blinds that can fold down from the top to let in daylight but also allow for privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described It’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality Airbnb experience.

This house and host are great! Have stayed a few times and so glad to have found it. Liz is very communicative! Her home has everything you could need kitchen wise, even had a high chair for kids. The board games and basketball/air hockey was so fun! Would definitely recommend.

We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the rest of the town. We easily fit our group of 5 and could have had more people without feeling cramped. Communication was easy and fast, and instructions leading up to entry were thorough. I will definitely stay here again next time we come to town!

Loved our stay!! The house was comfortable and very clean. We loved all the extra things that were provided, pop corn, coffees, teas, shampoos, conditioners. Great place to come home to and relax. My boys loved watching the horse and buggies going by from the front porch. Thank you for being so accommodating to our family. Hope to visit this place again soon!

I loved my stay at the Ohana house! I'm very grateful to Rebecca for having her lovely place listed on AirBNB and for allowing me the opportunity to stay there. It was in a great location, easy to get in, had many amenities and streaming services on the TV. Overall, I had an amazing stay.

Great location and great host! We had to book this house at the last minute, and Greg was very responsive. He was also flexible to give us a late check out when that was really needed. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs and we would stay there again.

GREAT location. The space was welcoming and we had plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be so close to the shops and BBQ festive. The outside space was fun to enjoy the outdoors and grill was a bonus. The amenities were all great. Will stay again sometime!!

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The views are great. The location is perfect for doing everything walking. A wonderful accommodation in a very beautiful place.

Great location, able to walk to restaurants and bars. Condo is very clean and updated including kitchen accessories. Parking is in a garage across the street and not very well lit. There’s an espresso machine in the condo, thankfully there’s a great coffee shop across the street. No dressers in the master bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay! Our family and puppy had a great time, it felt like home! Earl was a great host who always responded quickly! Check-out process was easy too (not a ton of cleaning required). We will stay again on our next visit to the town!

2nd stay here, Miles was a flexible host and the space was just as lovely the second go round.
