Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ionian Sea

A little hesitant at first because there weren’t any reviews, but the apartment was excellent. Brand new, extremely clean and warm, spacious and also the beds are very comfortable, definitely recommended. However, there is enough room for 7 people and not 8 as mentioned. The view and the location is amazing, lake front and there is always plenty of parking space on the street.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Anfang Mai hatten wir die Unterkunft quasi für uns alleine und alle haben sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Zimmer wurde zwischendurch gereinigt und die Poolanlage wurde extra für uns geöffnet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Zum Abschluss gab es Blumen auf unser Auto. Die Gastgeber waren an Herzlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen :)

Spacious and amazing balcony views. Well equipped apartment. Slightly dated but very comfortable. The resort and attached hotel is lovely. There is an additional charge to use the pool or beach access. Great communication with host. We had a little struggle with getting in the lock was a bit tricky but host resolved very quickly and was not a problem once we figured it out! Lots of shops, restaurants etc very close by. On main strip and you can get local buses to Butrint and Ksamil. Host shared lots of tips and hints. The views were amazing. I would rebook without hesitation.

Really enjoyed my stay with my father at this beautiful property. Wonderful hosts Mr Adonis and Ingeborg-Beate ,very responsive kind. and friendly that made us feel literally at home. Nothing was missing from the home had all the appliances, plus air conditioner in every room is a plus in the summer, washer to clean your clothes if need be and hang dry on the line outside the balcony, the Balcony upstairs has beautiful view. Made coffee and sat on the Balcony in the mornings and night time was breezy. All Amenities are just a walk away, Butcher, Supermarket, Bakery etc and the beach is very close by with lots of taverns , restaurants and for drinks Great stay at home ! Highly recommended! I have no words to describe the hospitality of these people, thank you very much. All excellent, the home is highly recommended!

Place is clean and beautiful. Views are spectacular. If you are unable to go up stairs to the third floor, it might not be ideal. But for everyone else, I highly recommend staying here!

Giuseppe and Alessia have created a wonderful and unique Airbnb experience with impeccable service. Alessia's Moroccan-inspired decor was like nothing I've ever seen! Breakfast was served each morning in a beautiful basket and they provided touches of their Apulian culture with information about the area and small gifts. This is the 4th time I have visited The Nest Urban Stay. Like the previous times, this time too, central location, 3 minutes walk from the center, close to everything. Although I booked the house in the afternoon of the same day, last minute, I found parking right under the house. Spotlessly clean space, beautiful decoration, fast internet, Disney + I enjoyed it. The best part of my stay was the evening relaxation on the terrace, with a glass of wine. There was a delightful jasmine perfume in the evening air, emanating from their well-kept garden.Their team is always willing to make my stay unforgettable, both with suggestions for local food and to facilitate me with a mobile charger as I had forgotten mine. I will return again without a second thought.

Great place to stay in a very good location, the host was really friendly

We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad bij Véronique en Mikos. De ligging van het appartement is heel gunstig, vanaf hier kan je met de auto makkelijk heel het eiland verkennen. De kamer zelf is heel ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, een keuken, airco en een balkon. Het zwembad is groot en wordt goed onderhouden, net als het gehele terrein. Ook is er een bar bij het zwembad waar je cocktails, smoothies en allerlei eten kan bestellen. Véronique en Mikos staan voor je klaar om je verblijf super te maken. Véronique heeft ons zelfs groente uit eigen tuin gegeven waar we zelf lekker mee konden koken. Kortom, een top verblijf voor een mooie prijs.

Die Ferienwohnung von Eralda ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts haben wir nichts vermisst. Eralda hatte sogar Erfrischungen und Snacks für uns besorgt, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Beim Check-in wurden wir von Eralda und ihrem Mann persönlich begrüßt und erhielten gleich ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und ein paar Häuser weiter ist ein Mini-Markt. Der Pool, der zu der Anlage gehört, ist super (aber kostenpflichtig). Ein großes Plus ist die Tiefgarage, in der man immer einen Parkplatz bekommt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt und Eralda ist ein sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!

Gorgeous luxury apartment , beautiful view , awesome host helps with all you need ! He’s a super host on all levels I travel a lot he’s my top3 favorite hosts ever! 10 meters away is an amazing rooftop bar Hidden lounge don’t worry they don’t play loud music and bars turn music off at midnight has cheap great espresso and breakfast great shisha and drinks we spent a lot of time relaxing enjoying the view and sunset here watching fútbol games. Great pizza place at main road 100 meters away halo supermarket is 2 floors has all you need very close 10 min walk Only thing you need is a fair taxi I suggest Thoma taxi & tours his family business is the fairest in saranda don’t hesitate to book this airbnb it’s in a quieter area but has all you need and about 5 euro with Thoma you’ll be in the center so it’s fast and cheap to get around . We stayed a month and absolutely loved this place we will be back

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un appartement agréable, fonctionnel et bien situé au milieu de bougainvilliers magnifiques. Visar est très réactif si besoin et n’est pas avare de bons renseignements

האירוח ב Apanema היה חוויה יוצאת דופן ממה שרגילים ביוון, מדובר במקום קסם שטובל בטבע פראי, מוקף עצי זית , תאנה , גפנים, וחורש טבעי שיש ביוון, המקום כל כך משתלב בטבע שניתן כמעט ולא להבחין בו במבט ראשון. קיבלנו בית בן 3 קומות, מאובזר למשעי, נקי מאוד, עם מרפסות מכל כיוון, עם כל מה שאתה יכול לחשוב שצריך בדירה. במקום שיש בריכה וגינת ZEN, ואי אפשר להסביר את השלווה שהמארחים דאגו שתרגיש מהרגע הראשון. היינו זוג עם 3 ילדים שפשוט לא רצו ללכת.... במקום יש בריכה שצמודה לגינת ZEN עם מפל, ניתן לבצע שם יוגה בבוקר או סתם לספוג את השלווה ואת הטבע. יש סאונה (שלא השתמשנו בה) וחדר תרגול ליוגה ובקתות נוספות. יצא לנו לפגוש את המארחים, את צביקה ואת ענת , שהם חיים את המקום ויוצרים את האווירה המיוחדת שיש במקום, צביקה מורה ליוגה ולטאי צ'י וענת מטפלת רגשית כך שניתן להרגיש את האווירה המיוחדת שהם מביאים איתם ושוררת במקום. המקום בסה"כ 15 דק' ממרכז העיר העתיקה של לפקדה כך שניתן להיות בלב העניינים בקלות במידה ואתה עם רכב (לדעתי חובה בלפקדה). אין ספק שנחזור, אני ממליץ בחום.

Host was super kind and communicative! The space help our group well too. We had a longer stay so it was harder to keep the space clean, but when we asked for things the host was quick to help us. We had issues with ants and bugs in the house, in general, but we were able to keep an eye on food and such to help mitigate this.

ο χώρος πάρα πολύ ωραίος, καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος. πολύ ωραίος και ο εξωτερικός χώρος όπου μπορούσες να κάτσεις να απολαύσεις τον καφέ σου και την ηρεμία που σου παρέχει η περιοχή. ο Κωνσταντίνος τέλειος οικοδεσπότης μας είχε ενημερώσει για τα πάντα πριν καν πάμε στο κατάλυμα αλλά και ότι τον χρειαστηκαμε μας απαντούσε αμέσως με ευγένεια,χαρά και φιλικότητα.

We had such a lovely time at the villa, my family and I thought that it was a superb place to stay. The layout, design and the pool area was fabulous. It was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations. Giurdignano itself was a wonderful village and we were made to feel very welcome there. The people at the local restaurant, sports bar, bakery and supermarket (and the tourist office which organised bikes for us) were fabulous. Special mention to Marcel who worked at the supermarket and restaurant, he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable… and was excellent at wine recommendations. Emanuela and her husband Flávio were on hand immediately when we occurred a power shortage.. all sorted very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

Staying at Villa Athos was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. We loved the heated indoor swimming pool we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Antonella went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access marina gouvia .Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Villa Athos!! It was amazing experience Can’t wait to return!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in Alexanders Villa. Das Anwesen ist luxuriös und einfach "breath taking"!mit schönem Ausblick. Super schöner Garten mit toller Terasse und wunderschönen riesengroßen Palmen, tollem beleuchteten Pool und einer Sauna mit Sicht, welche wir genossen haben an einem kühlen Regentag. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und gut beheizbar und warm auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit. Die Villa verfügt über sehr ansprechendes und ausgesuchtes Inventar und die Küche ist toll eingerichtet mit einem speziellen Holztisch als Esstisch. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Details bestückt.Wir haben uns sehr über das Olivenölfläschen, als Willkommensgeschenk gefreut. Es war super lecker! Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben wunderbar darin geschlafen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und du bist unweit entfernt vom süßen traditionellen Dorf Afionas und tollen Stränden. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert.Wir kommen definitiv wieder, auch gerne mal in der Hauptsaison!

Se volete passare un week end all'insegna del relax accompagnato volendo da un po' di romanticismo, una casa che sa di lusso con quella vasca idromassaggio e la sauna ,ha ogni confort a partire dalla cucina con penisola ,il forno per la pizza ti da venire voglia di passare la serata all'interno della casa. Leandro disponibile in ogni momento cordiale ed educato siamo stati benissimo Vicinissimo a Matera consiglio vivamente di andarci
