Amazing host with an amazing villa. I have been to a lot of air b n b and this I must say is the best and most hospitable one I’ve been to. Very good communication and amazing amenities. There is a private beach that is beautiful but it’s a hike. We’ll worth it. I suggest you make a day out of the private beach as the hike is a tough one.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect, offering both peace and easy access to nearby attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the house. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The Green Villa in Evreti was an amazing find. The views across to Ithica were fantastic. It is very private and the pool was lovely. The Villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable, which isn't always the case with Greek beds in our experience. A car is essential for this location but it is a short drive into Fiscardo or Magganos for supermarkets and many places to eat. Natalie was very helpful with anything we needed.

Everything is better than pictures. The house is amazing. Everything is clean . This is my best vacation !

A very peaceful location, which is just what we wanted. Inland but with lovely views and only 15 minutes drive from the nearest beaches. The pool is great, surrounded by trees so there's some shade if required. The Villa is a little dated in its presentation compared to modern standards, but there's plenty of space and comfy chairs to sit in. I didn't realise there would be air conditioning available, but what a godsend - it was really hot while we were here, so it was a relief to sit indoors and cool down! Its a great place to stay, I would come again.

Secluded, peaceful and in a lovely location, we had a fantastic week at this villa. Nancy answered any questions we had promptly and the midweek housekeeper visit for fresh linen was a nice touch! Would 100% recommend if it's peace and quiet, and an off-the-beaten-track stay you are looking for. Thanks Nancy!

We spent a great week with the family at this place. Beautiful views over the sea! Easy check-in, cleaning dine in the middle of our stay and very good communication. We hope to come back!

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

This is the third time that we've stayed her. We love it. It's literally on the beach and right by a great taverna. The pool is perfect. Martina was always helpful. We had to see a doctor and they were 5 minutes away and available in the middle of the night. It's a perfect place.

The moment we stepped foot into Villa Tartaya we felt home, the villa exceeded our expectations. Our host Effie was super helpful. Every restaurant she recommended was great. Daily housekeeping and cleaning was wonderful. Every detail of the villa was beautiful. With our two adult children we had a great and unforgettable vacation. I would recommend this villa to everyone who is visiting Corfu.

Amazing place, all rooms equipped with AC. Mosquito nets on every window which you don't find everywhere - Big Plus. Great little restaurant next door fantastics food with fantastic views all around. We will be back !! Thank you for great experience :)

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Paxoi! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, which could be enjoyed from almost every corner of the property. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with modern comforts. Every room was impeccably clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. The outdoor area was a paradise – we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying meals on the terrace with a view that felt like a dream. The location is perfect for those looking to experience the tranquility and beauty of Paxoi. It’s secluded enough to offer complete privacy, yet just a short drive to charming villages and pristine beaches. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.

The pool and outside area were perfect. The access to the beach was amazing too. Both tavernas were excellent and so handy to have on the doorstep. Boat hire and paddle board hire was easy and accessible at the end of the beach. The house was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The food and drink left for our arrival was a very nice surprise. We recommend the local supermarket ‘Nikos’. We hope to be back sometime!

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

The villa really is perfect. Stunning views, great location - very private but less than a 10 minute walk to the sea. The villa has everything you need and more, is immaculate, with fantastic air con and amenities. Rania is an amazing host and so thoughtful. She was there to greet us and had stocked the fridge with everything we needed for the first couple of days. She also surprised us with delicious pastries and a birthday surprise for my daughter. Rania and Elena also helped us with boat hire and made everything so much easier to navigate. We absolutely loved everything about this stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location not far from Zakynthos old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will love to come back again.

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Beautiful house in a great location. Alex has done a great job to make the house comfortable and it is very well finished. The pool area is amazing, the BBQ facilities are great, and it is right in the beach next to multiple beach clubs. We hired a boat for the day from the beach which was fantastic.

We had a great time in Judith's place. it was clean, spacious and very welcoming. We arrived in the dark and had a bit of a hard time locating it by the instructions listed on AirBNB but Judith was wonderful and communicated with us closely until we found it. The room that was the kids room has a separated entrance, which can be great but my kids didn't approve :) so they slept in the living room. still- we had an amazing time, the kitchen is well equipped and there are beautiful sitting areas inside and outside of the house. Thank you Judith for a great stay! We definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful time.

As a family of three, we had a tastefully furnished terraced house with an airy living room and very spacious terrace. We very much liked using the private and non-visible pool area, but the volume of a pump probably belonging to the pool bothered us, especially in the evening on the terrace. The bathrooms are very small and the water pressure fluctuates greatly. The kitchen is nice and functional, but with two hotplates (and without suitable cookware to use both hotplates) it is not practical to cook every day. In addition, a dishwasher is missing. Unusual is the outstanding service - the care is more like that of a hotel than a vacation home. The house is cleaned daily (on request) and provided with new towels, the dishes are also washed. The reception was very accommodating and helpful. Even if not everything was perfect, we can absolutely recommend the house, we felt very comfortable!

We spent 7 beautiful days at Dionysis' place. Communication was from the beginning to the end of our trip extremely pleasant and helpful. Dionysis was always available and responded very quickly to questions, ambiguities or the like. The house was in a clean and as described condition. We highly recommend the place and can well imagine booking this house again.

Stunning location and view. Fabulous, modern and beautiful villa. Our stay was relaxing and re-charging. From our booking to our arrival, Marina the host was communicative and incredibly helpful with her recommendations for restaurants, sight seeing locations and best beaches. I would not hesitate to return here some time in the future. The only negative is that the villa is not in walking distance to any stores to pick up provisions. Car is essential for this villa.
