Erg fijn verblijf gehad, bedden voor ons iets te hard. Mooi groot terrein met heerlijk zwembad en andere faciliteiten zoals beschreven.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Edita. Parfait pour 3 personnes, le logement est calme et agréable, le village est sympathique et la plage est à côté. Edita est très gentille et saura répondre à vos demandes. Merci beaucoup,je recommande totalement.

We had an amazing stay. We had the ground floor apartment of a three storey property where Stathis family resides- even though this was the case, we had our own privacy to the grounds and the pool. The family were extremely lovely and we hardly saw them. The property was spotless and the grounds were extremely beautiful and peaceful with the fruit and herb trees surrounding the property. The kids had a great time in the pool. We loved our stay and we loved Kalamata!

Wir haben im August 2022 zwei Wochen im ehemaligen Gärtnerhaus auf Olgas Anwesen in Santa Caterina, Nardó, verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. [Das Grundstück] steht den Besucher:innen zur Mitnutzung zur Verfügung, ist gigantisch groß und super schön: Hängematten, Sitzgelegenheiten, Kakteen, unzählige Pinien, die Schatten bieten. [Olga] und ihre Familie ist sehr offen, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben häufig geplaudert, uns ausgetauscht und unterhalten. [Das Haus] war sehr sauber und ordentlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage hat uns manch schlaflose Nacht erspart. [Der Ort] Santa Caterina ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen und hat sich für uns als ideal erwiesen. Nicht zu groß, nicht zu touristisch, trotzdem konnte man Pizza und Pommes kaufen und am Strand essen, es gibt eine gute Restaurantauswahl, einen brauchbaren Spielplatz und hin und wieder spielt auch eine Band. Das wunderschöne (und beinahe einzige) Naturerlebnis ist ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen: Porto Selvaggio mit dem Torre dell'Allto. Auch der Sandstrand samt Grotte war sehr schön und nie zu voll. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. [Ausflüge] lassen sich auch gut organisieren. Wir wollten nie länger als 45 Minuten Auto fahren und haben es so bis Lecce, Otranto und Santa Maria geschafft. Schöne Sandstrände sind auch viele in der Nähe. Kurz: Würde es nicht unserem Urlaubsprinzip widersprechen, würden wir jedes Jahr zu Olga und ihrer Familie fahren.

Barbara é stata un host eccellente, sempre disponibile e pronta a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci ha fornito una macchinetta del caffè, sapendo che per noi fosse importante, ci ha consigliato posti speciali dove poter mangiare la sera, ci ha chiamato il taxi sia per l'andata che per il ritorno ed è sempre stata pronta a rispondere a tutti nostri messaggi. Ci ha anche regalato un melone dell'orto di suo marito. Credo sia una persona molto disponibile che va incontro alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti rispettando le regole scritte sul sito, ci ha permesso di ritardare l'uscita dalla casa in vista del nostro volo, e siamo state benissimo. La casa è veramente carina, curata e pulita, fresca e in ottima posizione. C'è stata una piccola incomprensione sul servizio di pulizia durante il nostro soggiorno, al quale barbara ha saputo prontamente rispondere accontentando le nostre esigenze. Insomma un posto perfetto con una bella persona, consiglio di andare non solo per conoscerla, ma sopratutto se si ha voglia di vivere zante come una persona del posto e non cedendo alle attrattive turistiche, qui puoi sentirti un po' greco anche tu. Una sistemazione deliziosa, curata e pulitissima! Il portico è meraviglioso per rilassarsi e cenare la sera. Forse troppo, perché si stava così bene che non avevamo voglia di uscire! La posizione è perfetta, è un'area molto tranquilla e si raggiunge comodamente la vicina costa di Mancaversa e Gallipoli, e anche la statale che porta sia a Lecce che a Leuca. Host gentili, reattivi e sempre disponibili. Infine, un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile! Super consigliato. Ci torneremmo senza alcun dubbio.

The view from the flat is amazing! There is a great balcony and watching the changes in the sea over the day is fascinating in itself. There is a quiet and secluded beach only minutes’ walk away plus a mini- market. It is well connected by bus with Corfu and Kassiopi. We had a really good stay. Thoroughly recommend it.

Die Lage des Studios ist optimal, um die Insel mit den kleinen Dörfern, die pittoresken Strände und die lebendige Altstadt Korfu-Stadts zu besuchen. Sabines sehr netten Tipps haben die Erkundungstour der Insel nochmal vereinfacht. Für etwas Ruhe bietet der Garten mit der schönen Aussicht und dem Pool einen entspannten Ort :)

A fabulous stay in Ksamil! A 50m walk from the beach, the apartment was cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Ksamil. Sam and his mother in law were lovely and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed!

Alessandra ci ha accolti di persona nella sua bella struttura in campagna e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. È stata sollecita nell’accontentare le nostre richieste, discreta e gentile. Il posto è tranquillissimo anche se poco distante dal delizioso borgo di Felline e dalle belle località sul mare, che abbiamo raggiunto facilmente in bicicletta su belle strade di campagna. Lo spazio esterno sul giardino e la terrazza sono un posto perfetto per guardare le stelle. Anche se per un soggiorno brevissimo, ci siamo sentiti proprio in vacanza. Graditissima è stata la disponibilità per un check-out comodo per consentirci di fare una doccia dopo la pedalata.

Die Unterkunft & Anlage war mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alessandro, Chiara und seine Tochter haben mich überaus herzlich willkommen u. ich habe mich gleich zuhause gefühlt. Sie waren sehr auf mein Wohl bedacht und man merkte dass sie mit Herzen dabei sind. ❤ Es sind Kaffee, Milch, ein kleines Frühstück, Getränke im Kühlschrank vorbereitet. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Allgemein war die Unterkunft äußerst sauber und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wirklich traumhafte Anlage und eine unbeschreibliche Aussicht, wo man perfekt den Sonnenaufgang in Ruhe bestaunen kann und die Seele baumen lassen kann. ❤ Am liebsten wäre ich noch länger geblieben, wenn ich noch Zeit gehabt hätte. Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder und kann die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen. ❤

Sandra est une hôte extrêmement à l’écoute, disponible, proactive, douce, joviale, et tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer d’une personne qui met à l’aise. Au-delà de l’emplacement idéal de l’appartement (restauration, accès aux différentes petites criques, proche de location de véhicules, proche des arrêts de bus…) Sandra a répondu à toutes nos interrogations voire même faire des propositions selon les situations. Tout l’équipement dé l’appartement est neuf et bien entretenu. Le balcon / terrasse est spacieux et ensoleillé. Son mari et elle même tiennent un joli restaurant en bas des chambres / appartements que nous recommandons car tout est fait maison, avec des produits de qualités et cuisinés avec talent (mode de cuisson, textures, quantités, associations). Bref, n’hésitez pas à passer votre séjour ici même pour bénéficier d’un vrai temps de repos sans être confrontés à l’aspect touristique de la zone. Merci encore à Sandra pour son contact fluide, et le bien-être qui en ressort !

Nice place a little bit outside of the city centre so a car is strongly recommended. There is also a small garden, it is spacious and chill. Two markets are in the near distance - unfortunately no Cafes. Anyway we really liked the cleanliness and fast communication and everything was like described.

Had a great time. Easy access to the town, 10 minutes on foot, which was handy considering that parking was really hard. Apartment was amazing and even more amazing view from the balcony. Anastasios was very responsive and helpful and we thank him very much.

Palazzo signorile in centro paese, sapientemente ristrutturato con gusto e con un fascino retrò. Poche camere, ma tutte curate, arredate con gusto e ricercatezza di dettagli. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per visitare il Salento con tranquillità ed essere coccolati.

Amazing place and great hostes, higly recomandet

La suite è semplicemente meravigliosa, pulitissima e di un livello superiore. Cucina e zona living provvista di tutto, ma davvero di tutto, compreso anche il necessario per fare colazione il primo giorno e anche di più; mai vista prima una cosa del genere in un airbnb. La piscina è spettacolare e pulitissima e sono presenti anche gli asciugamani da mare, oltre a ovviamente quelli per il bagno. Camera da letto con letto king size, Alexa e cassaforte. Spiaggia privata impagabile con mare cristallino e silenzio…spettacolare. Che dire di Nikos? Il miglior host che abbiamo mai conosciuto: attento, educato, sempre disponibile, ti da un sacco di consigli su posti da vedere e ristoranti da provare. C’ha fatto trovare anche una splendida sorpresa visto che era uno dei paesi del nostro viaggio di nozze. Consigliatissimo….grazie ancora di cuore per averci fatto vivere un’altro sogno!

If you are looking for a few days of complete peace and quiet to relax, this is the place for you. The suite is very nice and we had a great view of the sea. Nikos was always very friendly and helped us in every way. What surprised us the most was the full fridge, where you could really find everything for breakfast and other snacks, really great - you really don't have to go to the supermarket on arrival.

Fijn verblijf gehad bij Jimmy. Ruimte zoals geadverteerd. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de moeder van Jimmy! Schat van een vrouw. Zelfs 's ochtends nog een lokaal ontbijtje op de kamer gekregen 😁.
