Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει ο καναπές η τηλεόραση και η κουζίνα . Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο και δεν διατίθεται ανελκυστήρας. Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται.
