The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

This house is surrounded by gardens and is just a few steps from the beach. It consists of an open space that includes living room with a sofabed, kitchen and King-size bed . It has a garden and sun terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. Sun loungers, outdoor table, barbecue facilities and parking are included. Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
