House in a quiet and peaceful location 15 minutes from the beaches. We had a great time with friends and our dog. Stéphanie is a very kind host and very easy to communicate with. I recommend it for discovering the beautiful region of Etel and Port Louis as well as Morbihan.

Favorite for this accommodation, chosen for its location, positive reviews, old stone effect and jacuzzi. Bike path and hiking trails nearby. The weather was really mild. Shops nearby. House with all the comforts you need, including appliances, top bedding and barbecue available. Tiphanie informed us about the hikes, we followed her recommendations and were not disappointed at all. We'll be back

We had a great time at this place. The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. Sandra is welcoming. I recommend it without hesitating!

The accommodation is very well renovated, tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts you need. The view of the port is beautiful, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people looking for peace and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. It is very well located in Vannes, steps from the old town and quay. The apartment was very clean, well supplied, and up-to-date. There was a massive music festival right out front of the apartment the night arrived, but because the apartment is interior to the building it was plenty quiet and no problem to get some sleep. There were great restaurant and shopping recommendations in the binders in the apartment.

We had a great time at Erwan's place. The instructions were very clear and the apartment is conveniently located (quiet in the center of Lorient).

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is right in the old town, so you can do everything on foot. You can park the car for free a little further away. We would book the apartment again. On Wednesday and Saturday, there is a very nice market outside the door.

beautiful accommodation tastefully decorated, very spacious, very nice terrace, top amenities, great soundproofing because in a busy street, at the foot of a small neighborhood grocery store that helps out! too bad it's missing a parking space. but a great stay too short in a great place with a responsive correspondent! Very nice comfortable house for a large family (we were 6 adults and 5 children): everyone had their own bedroom, beautiful TV room and games for children. Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and particularly the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities for walks from the house. We felt “at home.”
