Secluded Getaway (entire home).

JoanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Really nice place. Spacious, clean, charming. Lots of linen and towels. Kitchen was big and airy and had everything we needed to cook, grill, make coffee, etc. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus! The backyard was huge with a seating area and grill. Note that Pahrump is more than an hour away to the Death Valley entrance but it’s a beautiful drive. At the time we stayed, the wifi was somewhat spotty at times but after reaching out to Alex and Jhemma and restarting the router, it was better. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip here and staying at this house in Pahrump was a respite from a day’s worth of exploring in hot and beautiful Death Valley! Alex and Jhemma responded quickly when messaged and were very attentive hosts.

Sierra Summit in Aspendell - Bishop Creek Canyon

Great place to stay! Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We even got some snow the last night we were there. The house is spacious and welcoming. Plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out. Home rules/instructions regarding access, temperature control, etc. were clear and easy to follow.

Great stay with lots of room for our family of six. Easy in and out for Death Valley. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking dinner after a long day in the park. Bonnie was helpful before during and after our stay. I highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat

Bohemian Blue

TammieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Boho Blue is a great base camp for all there is to do in the area (Lone Pine, Alabama Hills, Bishop, Death Valley, Hiking, Schats Bakery in Bishop. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfy. The host clearly states the locations close proximity to highway 395, so you do get a bit of highway noise (which was no surprise), but were were there to experience the area, not hang out at the house. The house was extremely comfortable. Hosts were very responsive to our few questions. (still awaiting a reply on one item, hope to hear back soon). Will definitely stay again for activities in the area

Irene and Robert were welcoming and friendly to our crew of climbers coming to visit Bishop.. They were flexible to work with us as our plans changed and helpful along the way. The place was as described and the views were stunning. Would visit again, would recommend to a friend.

Riverkern Rockhouse: Quaint cottage on the river.

We will definitely be back and were sad to leave. We loved this cabin! The backyard is gorgeous! The house itself is comfortable and cozy. The beds were great and we all slept well. The main bedroom is HUGE. You could bring an inflatable bed if you needed to and it would easily fit. Others have mentioned the twin beds in the front room...they're off to the side from the kitchen and living space so it isn't like they're in the middle of that space and are bigger than they appear in pictures FYI and the second bathroom is near so that is also convenient. My large boys (ages 13 & 15) liked hanging out on the twin beds in the front room. There is a General Store right across the way with great milkshakes and food too. It was fun to buzz over there and grab a treat or breakfast or a burger. We can't wait to come back.

20 Min Drive for Whitney Portal & Walk to Main St!

MaeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed four nights at Jessica’s place and had a great time. Plenty of room for two people, surprised with two living rooms, a well stocked kitchen with all the plates, knives, pots, pans, etc that you will need. We cooked every night and enjoyed meals at the bright dining room area. The views of the Eastern Sierras was lovely. Situated close to downtown and for us the location to EV charging was a plus. Jessica was a superb host who gave recommendations on hikes for Death Valley and Alabama Hills, of which we did most of them and thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to come back to this cozy home soon and explore more.
