This property gave us a beautiful stay. It is bright and spacious with amazing amenities and a stunning backyard. The home i well equipped and Stephen was very responsive when we needed assistance. The home is beautifully decorated and we had an amazing time. It is so serene and we had a restful time with our friends and family. The property is located near amenities and tourist sites. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely visit it in the future.

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Chris is an exceptional host. We have stayed at a few AirBnbs but Chris’ apartment was definitely a favourite. Located at the Silverwater Resort in Phillip Island, there are lots of things to do, and I highly recommend a small family or couple stay at this apartment. It came with even the smaller things, tea and coffee, salt and pepper which can be hard to come by at some places. The apartment itself is very clean and tidy, there is a washer dryer combo which was good to have also. Both the bedrooms had a TV with youtube and Netflix. It was very easy to communicate with Chris as he was very responsive. Highly recommend! We shall be back. Thanks so much, Chris!

Phillip Island Resort Villa 148 Amazing Views

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

Highly recommend Isla Villa! Booked the accommodation for my husbands birthday and the place did not disappointment. The house was exceptionally clean, very well kept, central location and met all our expectations. The kids absolutely loved the place, especially the surrounding wildlife. Lisa is a great host and promptly responded to any queries that I had and made check in/out a very seamless process. Definitely recommend to others!

We cannot wait to return. My 5yo daughter and I booked very last minute as we wanted to make the most of the long weekend. Willindi estate is picture perfect, has such a beautiful philosophy behind it (ask for the Farm Tour!) and is the perfect getaway! Miriam is the perfect host as well, her cottages are appointed with everything you need, the Harmony cottage also has views into the paddock where horses walk right up to the window! The pool is refreshing after hot day (and can be heated too if its chilly out) and the entire property is so private, ensuring you completely switch off during your stay. Looking to book again very soon!

We really enjoyed staying at the Ramada Resort. There are two outdoor pools and a warm indoor pool, 3 spas, 2 Gyms, an arcade games room, tennis courts, peddle carts, basketball courts, and 3 EV charging stations. There’s so much to do we barely had to leave the resort. During the day there are lots of water birds hanging about. At night there are friendly rabbits and possums roaming around. We loved it!

We had an amazing 3-day escape in this lovely home away from home. My husband and I enjoyed having our own ensuite and my teenage sons were able to escape to their own rooms for some down time. It has all the mod cons. Having three TVs helped also! Back deck was delightful, we spent a lot of time out there and enjoyed watching the bird life and the sunsets. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy drive to town and nearby beaches. Recommend fish tacos at the Invy Espy pub if you decide to eat out! We also had take away pizza one night from the Bayside Lady which was yummy. We spent every day at Surf Beach which was great and quite safe to swim in. Brogan was a great host and very responsive. Thank you!

Thanks so much Sean and family for such a fantastic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and your house was the perfect base. The place was much larger than expected on a big block with lots of trees. Everything you could need was there and the heating worked well. There was even a large sunroom that doubled as our child's playroom. Would definitely stay again.

The host was very prompt in responding to messages, and the norms were all very detailed in advance, and there was a problem that was not at all worried! The environment of the accommodation was quiet, the cookware and utensils were complete, the overall place was very clean, and the stay was really as comfortable as home!It is very close to the sea. It is very convenient to go to the sea or bars by the sea at any time. The supermarket is also very close. The overall life function is very good!There was also a small check in board with the guest's name to welcome us and it was really cozy and had a very nice holiday with friends💛

Thank you so much for hosting us . We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay. Of special note were- decent sized cups! Totally under rated. Trolley with seats and umbrella to take down the beach, this was a game changer with a baby in tow. The walk to the beach was lovely, easy and an awesome family beach. Lastly a late checkout which made life so much better we were able to work around baby nap time. Thank you once again.

So clean and comfortable with lots of little touches to let you know they’ve gone that extra mile and are passionate about presentation and fulfilling their guest’s expectations. Robyn was extremely helpful and communicative. We accidentally left our son's favourite stuffed animal at the apartment and Robyn helped us coordinate with the cleaning crew to have it mailed back to us. The apartment was lovely, well-appointed, well-stocked, and had a great location.

Carolyn is a wonderful host. We had a great time and we will definitely go back again. The bunk beds and all the small stuff complimenting the decor of the bedroom was the highlight for the kids. The house was very clean and we had access to all the amenities. It felt like home.

Fabulous location combined with child-friendly amenities, the host was really responsive and ensured a smooth stay. The cabin was well-equipped, like a home from home, and very good value, the kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfy. All the rooms were very clean. Easy to get to and located close to Cowes and all the other attractions Phillip Island has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

It was a lovely spot for a warm beach getaway with family. The hot tub/pool was incredible. We had a great time and excellent interactions with Tina. She was was quick to respond and supportive!

Went away for a girls weekend with 10 lady’s and this home was the most exceptional stay!! Highlights include the quality/well-equipped kitchen to cook amazing meals in, the art that immerses you in a dreamy home (loved the Bromley!), the infra-red sauna and the outdoor fire pit. The house has amazing heating and cooling system making it very comfortable (being middle of winter we were warm and cosy). There are 3 very clean bathrooms and ideal to share the space with multiple couples/groups. Locations is amazing! After having a warm breaky outside basking in the sun and it’s a 5 minute stroll to the bay. Blown away by this home - couldn’t recommend more.

Stunning property, great location being so close with walking distance to the beach. Spotlessly clean and had everything that was needed for our stay, fully equiped kitchen right down to the Prosecco glasses. Clear instructions to enter the property and super easy flexible check out. A quiet and peaceful outlook on to the wetlands, the kids loved being to see the kangaroos bouncing around. Bartek was very helpful and communicated well during our stay. The kids were asking to return before we had even left. We would love to one day return to this beautiful property! Thank you Bartek ☺️

Marni's place is perfect! We went for a relaxing weekend away and that's what we got, the house feels like home with a well stocked kitchen and heaps of games. The tennis courts were also a hit and we loved the local coffee shop. Would definitely stay again!
