Lovely, comfortable stay in a pet-friendly home just a short walk from the beach. The place was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Had the best time in this magical place. Sunrise in the morning straight from the main bedroom is the highlight! Massive living room with ocean views is just perfect!!

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Inglenook, it was cosy, quiet, clean and is close to the beach and main street. Mathijs was kind enough to give us an early check in, communication was great from him. We had a problem starting the gas fire, he straight away sent someone around to look at it, unfortunately it couldn't be rectified but we had the reverse air con on and that kept the place lovely and warm all of our stay. The cottage had all we needed to enjoy our time away.

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

Helen and Andrew were amazing hosts! Their home was in pristine condition and the renovations made to the property, styling were of a very high level. Helen was responsive, flexible and made things very easy for us from the onset as well as giving us great recommendations and the location is just moments away from the beautiful backbeach where you can observe an enviable sunset each day. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great private little home, nice spa, a few things didn’t work here and there but nothing major. Even had free Netflix on tv. 2-3 min drive to shops. Overall really great stay.

What a beautiful and peaceful farm house. heaps of room for the kids to run around and play inside and outside of the house. John was great and answered all of our questions and recommended really nice places to visit. Would definitely be coming back to stay at this amazing property in the future.
