Location location location! Definitely the right place to stay to be walking distance from the historic center of Santiago de Compostela. The apt was very spacious and everything looked as the pictures. Ester was very welcoming and provided local recommendations when asked. Great place overall!!

The house and setting are wonderful. It's a very large house, well decorated and equipped, with spectacular views. It takes very little time to get to downtown Santiago from there, by car or bus. A fantastic weeks stay at Elena’s wonderful penthouse apartment. Fantastic roof terrace wrapping around the flat catching the sun rise and sun set on the island. Elena was so helpful with information and so kind with providing toys for our 6 and 2 year old children. Location was perfect. Pool great. Enjoyed hiring bikes and exploring the island. Cambados for the wine festival was good fun. The apartment is so well appointed, a real home away from home.

It was our second time at Santiago's house, and I'm sure we'll repeat. We felt at home in his apartment, which is very cozy and has everything you need. The building's grounds are delightful, very quiet and with several spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Santiago is waiting for everything to go well. The concierge staff are also very attentive. Great stay in Ribeira. Very well located apartment in front of the sea and next to Playa de Coroso with all you need for a few days in this beautiful village. María José was very friendly and helpful both on arrival and on our departure.

The truth is that everything is great, the apartment is amazing, very large, clean, the beds are super comfortable, since I find it hard to sleep outside the house, and in a beautiful place. Besides, it had a lot of games for if you bring kids and it rains. Come on, we loved it

A great value, the price is great for the location it is in. In addition to having very easy access, it is a 3-minute walk to the Marina and next to Casco Vello and the city center. No matter the schedule, the location is very convenient (especially for me, who had a stroller and needed easy access to the city. Although the entrance to the building has stairs, there is an elevator inside, which is a great help. Cesar was very helpful when I needed help and responded very quickly to my messages. The space is completely renovated and decorated with great care and good taste. Alexa is integrated with the whole house and, although it has no air conditioning, the house is equipped with top-notch appliances, such as a Dyson fan and heaters. The sofa bed is large and comfortable and the kitchen is complete and impeccable, with a good space to prepare some meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.
