Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Im Herzen (Marktplatz) von Landau, liegt unser charmantes mehr als 270 Jahre altes Stadthaus. Aufwändig restauriert und modernisiert dient es als Rückzugort für unsere Gäste. Nahe genug um am bunten Treiben des Wochenmarktes, an gemütlichen Weinstuben, gutbürgerlichen Restaurants, ruhigen Cafés und den mannigfaltigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt teilzuhaben - und doch weit genug entfernt um sich in den Büchern unserer kleinen antiquarischen Bücherauswahl mit einem guten Glas Wein zu verlieren.

Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Die separate Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohn-Essbereich (Zweisitzer, TV, Sitzgruppe) sowie einem eigenen kleinen Duschbad mit Toilette sowie einem schönen Garten mit Sitzecke. Prüfungsvorbereitungen sind ohne Probleme möglich, da es sehr ruhig bei uns ist. Fortbildungsstätten befinden sich in der Nähe: Ergotherapie, Hörgeräteakustiker ca 5 Min.,Uni 15 Min. Messegelände ca.7 Min.

Die beiden Räume sind durch einen Durchgang voneinander getrennt.
