Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The apartment is located in a building with 3 other apartments, including a large garden with beach chair and sun loungers, water view, view of the sheep pasture behind the house & about 100 m away is our rowboat in the water and invites you to take a boat trip. In addition, canoes and a fireplace can be used. So if you want to experience pure nature, this is the place to be :) Bicycles - oldies but goldies - can also be used free of charge.

Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.
