This villa with a pool and lovely garden, perfect for a family with children, is about a 10-minute walk to Söderport. The villa has a kitchen, dining room, toilet/shower and living room on the lower floor, as well as three bedrooms upstairs, of which the master bedroom has a double bed (Tempur) and a 105-cm bed next to the double bed, and access to the balcony. Bedrooms two and three each have a 90 bed as well as a chaise lounge that is easily made up to an additional 90 bed. It also has a toilet. Fiber is located in the house. SmartTV.

The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.
