On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. If you are interested, write and tell us about yourself. We reserve the right to refuse tenants who do not have documented good reviews.

The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.
