The large living room with open up in the nock has room for both dinner and hang. There is a deck where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the noise of the waves and gaze at the sea and the Karl Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the comfortable pool. There's also a patio for a rainy summer day.

Ett unikt & lyxigt boende! Villan, som är byggd 2022, ligger på ett privat läge med fri utsikt mot äng och skogsområde samt har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. I vårt boende ingår även en elcykel med lastutrymme. Välkomna!

Pleasant apartment of 3 r o k. Large terrace with lovely sea view at Snäck, 3 km from Visby The apartment is at Snäck, 3 km outside the wall. Close to nature trails and water. On the property's roof there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We rent to attentive tenants only. You should be smoke and pets free and respectful of house rules. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.
