The villa, which has been renovated in 2012-2015, has a kitchen, dining room, toilet/shower and living room on the lower floor and three bedrooms upstairs, of which the master beadroom has a double bed (Tempur) and exit to the balcony. Bedrooms two and three each have a 90 bed and a chaise longue that is easily made into another 90 bed. It also has a toilet. Fiber is located in the house. SmartTV.
