There is a deck where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the noise of the waves and gaze at the sea and the Karl Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the comfortable pool. Ett unikt & lyxigt boende! Villan, som är byggd 2022, ligger på ett privat läge med fri utsikt mot äng och skogsområde samt har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. I vårt boende ingår även en elcykel med lastutrymme. Välkomna!

A central 2 room and a kitchen 32 m2 apartment with a pool, only 10 min walk from Visby Old Town, perfect for 1-3 persons. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom furnished with two out together twin sized beds, and a sofa bed. There is wifi (100/100) and a tv. Just outside the door is a swimming pool and a common area for barbeque to enjoy in the hot summer evenings. Check-in at 13.00 time may be possible, message host too see what can be arranged.

On the property's roof there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We rent to attentive tenants only. You should be smoke and pets free and respectful of house rules. Close to all the cozy places like Tofta Beach House, Surflogiet and many more. By being in Tofta you have just 20 min to Visby and not too far from anywhere you want to go in Gotland. This place has all you need for a comfortable and there is a place to sit outside in the sun having your morning coffee and a large patio for barbeques in the evening sun.
