The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Exclusive historic chalet "Stöckli" in Arosa

The very charming historic chalet Stöckli was a stable in the 19th century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable mark. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. A parking space in a nearby parking garage is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160x200) for the children on request.

Our 3 room apartment in the apartment Haus Belmont convinces 80m2 with ingenious cut and equipment. The great kitchen with your attached living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Every bedroom has a large double bed and daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with generous rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends all the width of the apartment.
