The very charming historic chalet Stöckli was a stable in the 19th century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable mark. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. A parking space in a nearby parking garage is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160x200) for the children on request.

The newly renovated studio is in a prime location in the heart of Arosa. Shopping facilities as well as the bus stop are just in front of the house. The accommodation is ideal for two persons. The apartment is also suitable for a small family with one to two children. The two freestanding sofa elements are converted into a large bed (240x200). There are no parking at the house. The best way to do is the "Brüggli" parking garage at the ski school.

Stylish 2.5-room attic apartment in a quiet location in “Innerarosa” with perfect access to the ski school and Kulm gondola (150m walking distance). The apartment has one bedroom plus s sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen. The balcony offers a great mountain view. There is no elevator in the building. Supermarket and a bus stop are only few meters away. Spacious living and dining area with sofa bed (180cm, for 2 children or 1 adult)

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children or max. 4 adults. The 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is conveniently accessible via an elevator. The living room and bedroom have access to the balcony. The balcony is sunny and the view of the fantastic mountain panorama invites you to linger. From the house to the bus station it is only 200m and the bus takes you comfortably to the Weisshorn and Hörnli Express trains.
