Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

There is a calm to land in. The barn was built by my ancestors in the early 1900s. We have furnished it with kitchen, bathroom, living room and loft. Longer stay gives discount. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
