The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and seamless experience from start to finish. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described maybe even better in person. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Lesmurdie was a lovely, peaceful area and surprisingly not a far drive from anywhere a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. May blessings fill this home always. This place is fantastic for a number of things, convenience of location - close to shopping centre, park, lake, beach, cafes, restaurants. layout of the house - well appointed, sensible design, great size rooms, hand rails well situated, comfortable.l. Heating the bedroom rooms was the only issue and we weren't allowed visitors which was a bit of a bummer because you immediately felt, less relaxed as this clearly is not your home even though initially we did havel a homely feeling. However, overall the place is a great place to chill for a couple or small quiet family.

nice clean house. 4 bedrooms so plenty of space even for big families. big 2 car garage and space for another 3 cars in the driveway kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need bathrooms are clean and modern only thing that bothered us was that this house is cramped into it's places between the other houses. the neighbors are so close that there's literally not a single window they can not peak through so every window has shades which makes especially the lower level very dark and you can't tell if it's rain or sun outside

Our stay at Roy & Eileen’s was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house is huge and we love the space. It’s a peaceful neighborhood but 5 mins drive to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. The kitchen is great and well equipped, dining and living space just right in front of the kitchen, providing a nice layout to hang out together with our travel group of 4 families. Lena has been very responsive on our messages which gives us a peace of mind when we have queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed the house very much.

Awesome stay that my 3 kids (ages 7, 5, 5) absolutely enjoyed. Cle had basic toys and games that kept them entertained whenever wife and I needed them occupied. Checking in instructions were clear and location was great with restaurants, beach, supermarts all within walking distance. Peaceful neighbourhood and no disturbances at all during the nights. Very good space and separation of areas such that wife and I could enjoy a bottle of wine over netflix while the kids are asleep without worrying about disturbing them.

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

The house is situated in a great central place for exploring any areas north of the river by car, being close to the highway, freeway and Wanneroo road. Most places are easy to get to from here and places like Kings Park, the beach, Caversham wildlife park and the zoo are all 15-25 mins away (traffic depending) Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and a huge shopping mall within walking distance which was very convenient. The street was very quiet and peaceful so relaxing in the house at night was never an issue either. Didn't come across any issues regarding the stay, the house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay and Faisal was very quick to respond to any queries and questions we did have. Very pleasant experience!

What an awesome and beautiful home. It has all the necessities we need for our stay. We’re glad that there are toys for our little ones and they were not bored at all! The coffee place right around the corner is also great!

Great value, very clean and comfortable stay in Scarborough close to the beach. Excellent coffee every morning was just a 5 min walk down the road at Harvest patisserie. Would happily stay again.

The house was a beautiful home where I spent five days recovering from surgery. It was the best choice as it wasn’t only just beautiful and clean. It was super comfortable, relaxing and had a lovely salt crystal lights and oil burner it filled your wellness cup as soon as you walked in. Michelle was so friendly and helpful. It truly is a lovely place to stay if you’re after a bit of peace and quiet in tranquil settings.

Such a beautiful home, we didn’t want to leave! Great location, close to everything we needed - cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The house is very well equipped and super cosy. Highly recommend booking this beautiful place, we will definitely be back :)

My family and I had a great stay at Erin’s property! Spacious and great for the kids to run around. Quiet and safe neighborhood, and a short 8mins drive to Westfield mall with woolies, coles and kmart.

We had a lovely stay at Bron’s place! The place was spotless when we entered. Kitchen was fully equipped (really had everything we needed), and everything we saw in the photos and amenities mentioned in the listing was accurate! Nice garden and backyard area to sit in. We didnt drive but the place was close to Swanbourne & Claremont Station for the public train/ we’d uber with ease. Would love to stay at Bron’s place again if i’m back in Perth :)
